[h]Chapter Three – Who dies?[/h]

Michael clutched his Zard.

“You’re gonna lose.” Mike said.

The bandit chuckled and said, “Your friend is stronger than you so how are you going to beat me?”

The bandit took his stinger and hacked at Michael. Mike easily blocked it with his Zard and jumped back away from him.

“He’s strong.” Michael said to his self.

The bandit took out a Chinese star. He ran at Michael and threw it at him. Mike jumped to his right so he could dodge the star. The bandit took his cutter and sliced the assistant captain’s chest open.

Michael yelled, “Darn it! What the heck was that for you idio-”

The bandit interrupted Michael and said, “They’re both dead. You failed. Get over it. You can’t kill me either. It’s time to move on with your life.”

Michael laid on his back in the corner of the ship silently as the bandit just swam away from the ship.

“What the?” Michael said shocked.

Nazgul’s and the assistant’s bodies were gone.

Mike found a town underwater. It had this huge bubble surrounding it so now water got in. The town was called Aqua Road.

Michael had found out if you go outside the town to fight monsters you won’t be able to breathe. He helped one person out and she gave Michael an Oxygen Tank.

Michael never was into fighting anymore. He carried his Zard around just incase he needed it. He never left the town, Aqua Road and rarely ever left his hotel room he stayed in for the time being.

Michael was walking upstairs back into his room after eating breakfast. He pulled out his key and when the door opened he saw a gigantic blue portal.

“What the heck!?” Michael yelled as the portal was sucking him in.

He tried grabbing on a few things near him but, the portal had sucked those things in along with Michael. Michael appeared in a house. He checked his surroundings. There was a girl sitting at a table drinking coffee.

“Hello?” Michael said.

The girl looked over at Michael and screamed, “Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!”

The blue portal appeared again and started pulling everything into it. This time Mike appeared in a forest.

“Oops.” said a voice.
Michael looked all over and found nothing.

“Up here.” said the voice.

Michael looked up and there he saw a girl floating in the sky.

Mike unsheathed his sword and asked, “What do you want with me?”

She replied, “I’m Nazgul’s sister, Mariah.”

Mike replied, “Oh.”

Mariah asked, “I need your help please. Can you go find my brother?”

Mike told Nazgul’s sister how her brother was dead.

“I know he’s dead but, his soul is still somewhere on this earth. Here take these goggles if gives you the ability to see any souls.” said Mariah.

“Listen to me. I never agreed to go save Nazgul. If you care about him so much why don’t you go save him?” Mike said annoyed.

“But. . .” Mariah said.

Michael sheathed his sword and said, “Now I’ll be leavi- Wait, where am I? Teleport me back to Aqua Road NOW!”

Mariah replied in a sad voice, “Oh, I’m sorry but, I’m out of energy. I won’t regain the energy for a couple of days.”

Mike said angrily, “Fine. I’ll just find my way out of this forest. I’m not helping you no matter what so don’t ask me.”

“Ok I’m sorry for any trouble I caused you.” Mariah said in a sweet voice.

Michael ignored her and started walking away from her.

Mike said to his self, “Nazgul really is my friend anyway so why would I want to save him if I don’t like him but, his sister does look pretty weak. She has no chance of saving Nazgul.”

Thirty minutes later. . .

“Excuse me.” said a voice.

Michael recognized that voice.

“Mariah?” he said.

Mike turned around a there stood Mariah.

Mike asked, “What do you want?”

Mariah asked Mike that if she beat him in a fight he would help her find Nazgul’s soul.

“Sure I’ll fight you. How did you find out about me anyway?” Mike questioned.
“Well, you are a famous guard and my brother was going on the same boat so I figured he met you.” Mariah replied.

“Lets go.” Mike said.

He unsheathed his sword and so did Mariah. Mariah ran at Michael and swung her sword but, Mike easily blocked it with his huge Zard. Michael went to the left and attack Mariah slicing her leg open. Mariah fell down and grabbed her leg.

“Darn it.” Mariah mumbled.

Michael laughed hitting her in the shoulder with his Zard. Mariah started coughing up a lot of blood.

“Michael, cough cough you win and can you do me a favor? If I die tell Nazgul I got hit by a truck.” Mariah said.

Michael said trying not to laugh, “Ok. . . Hit by a truck? I’m sorry but, you’re aren’t going to die because I’m taking you to the hospital as soon as you tell me how to get there.”

Mike picked Mariah up.

“Just go straight ahead from right here then you’ll enter a town and then you’ll see a huge sign that says hospital on it.” Mariah said in a low voice.

Michael sighed, “Mariah, I’ll go save Nazgul if you come with me.”

“Okay.” Mariah smiled.

One week later. . .

Mariah was out of the hospital and the two of them were of to find Nazgul.

“Err, Mariah, do you have an extra pair of those goggle things?” Mike asked nervously.

“Oh yeah sure.” she replied.

Mariah tossed over a pair of goggles to Michael.

“Thanks.” Mike said

“Welcome.” she replied.

Michael put the goggles on and said, “Ok so where are we going first?”

Mariah opened a blue portal that started sucking Michael and her inside of it to a different location. The both of them appeared deep inside the dungeon. The dungeon was a place filled with tons of dangerous monsters.

“Where’s this?” Maria asked.

Mike replied angrily, “You’re the one who sent us here. Shouldn’t you know?”

  1. Uh, yeah. Transition from ship to Aqua Road was pretty abrupt. Overall, chapter was choppy. Some grammatical errors too, here and there, but I didn’t bother picking them out, not like you’re gonna–

    Nevermind. -.-

  2. But, seriously now, you went from w/e to AR, to somewhere, to a forest, to a hospital or w/e. Don’t do that. D:
