It was only ten years ago since me and Jenny accepted the love we had for eachother. We eventually got married and now we are settled down in Henesys. We have a seven year old son named Jason who is a chip off the old block like his dad. I take him to Henesys Park and we use Wooden Swords and we practice here and there.

Me and Jenny gave up our hunting days since we started a family now. Although we can’t deny we miss the good old days. But we cant risk hunting with Jason being around. We only allow him to fight snails seeing as he is only a small Warrior, taking after me. We even just recently bought him a Wood Buckler so he has some protection from other monsters that might come up to him. But I have personaly seen him take down a Stump with his Old Gladius that I had givin him which has been passed down for generations in.. well when i had a family. Now i have a new family and it means everything to me.

Me, Jenny, and Jason of course, were going to go to the potion shop to shop for food and supplies. I decided to take a walk while they went in.

“Have a good time with Mommy okay Jason? I am going for a little walk” i said to my son
“Okay Daddy, I love you.” and he kissed my cheek
I gave him a big hug and I watched him innocently run into the store.
“Honey, are you okay?” Jenny asked me
“I am fine Sweety, I just wanna take a walk to stretch my legs.” I replied
“Well okay but don’t go too far, we should be done in a half an hour or so.”
“Okie dokie.” I said giving her a kiss

I walked down Henesys thinking to myself what i had left behind, and what i had gained in the past 10 years. I now have a beautiful wife and handsom son. But my poor Doombringer is just sitting in a trunk in the attic of our house. I was walking past a narrow alleyway when someone pulled me in.

“Thank god I found you, listen we need your help monsters are invading and…” a strange voice said
“Whoa hold a minute here! Who are you?”
“Don’t you remember your old pal and best buddy Dan! Take away this beard and you have him!”
“Oh my god! No way! Dan i can’t believe it’s really you!” I greeted him giving him a manly hug and patting his back.
“Yea, it has been a long time hasn’t it? Well listen I need you to come to Orbis and help our town! It’s being invaded by monsters and…” He was cut off once again
“Whoa whoa whoa! I have a family now man. I have a son and wife, I can’t just come to Orbis and fight. I need to watch over them.”
“Hahahaha, who are you and what have you done with Riku! What happened to the guy who was on his own and cared for no one but himself I knew 12 years ago?” Dan asked
“Well buddy things change. Now listen I am sorry, but I just can’t come to Orbis.” I told him flat out
“But you don’t understand, the monsters are being controlled by someone!”
“What!? No way? Haha who is this so called guy?” I asked with humor

He just stood there trying to find the words to tell me. It was five minutes until he finally found them.

“Well who is this guy” I asked once more
“D-D-D…”
“Cmon just tell me!” I commanded
“It’s…Darry”
