Sprint and Slay part 2

(it was better the first time i typed it… there were more insults. >_&gt

The warrior gripped his spear, grinning menacingly in Floo’s direction, but relaxed just as quickly to more of a relaxed stare. “Allow me to introduce myself.” He pointed his spear at Khaos. “My name is Dark, and you will soon find out why.”

Khaos laughed.

Dark laughed a bit too. “Lights out…” He thrusted forward, but hardly moved at all, yet we could all feel enargy surging from the weapon. Khaos teleported to the side almost as gracefully as Dark could dodge and drew a Holy Arrow. He shot a few toward Dark, who moved out of the way, quick enough to have disappeared for just a second.

Khaos laughed again, saying, “you must not know who you’re dealing with. Allow me to show you–” Khaos looked down at his stomach to notice blood leaking from his chest and stomach. He began to gather energy to heal himself, but it was too late and he collapsed.

Dark walked to Khaos’ now unconscious body, aiming his spear at the head of his fallen foe. “Good night, and good riddance.” Just then, Dark jumped back in time to dodge a series of arrows rushing toward him.

“And allow ME to introduce myself.” Hidden reloaded his crossbow. “I am known as the Hidden Striker. And I’ll be the last thing you see.”

Dark chuckled. “Are you kidding me? A bowman with no aim thinks to take down the likes of me?”

“Don’t insult me,” responded Hidden, and fired a ironclad crossbow arrow, which Dark dodged. “Look behind you.” Dark turned around to notice his shield was stripped from his arm, and pinned to a nearby tree, pierced by Hidden’s arrow. “How dare you call me a bowman? Clumsy dunce of a Page.”

“Page? Insults get you nowhere. I’m a Dark Knight, and I’m more than capable of getting rid of you.” Just then, Dark felt a pain on his side. He looked down to see he was bleeding. “What happened? Who did this?!”

Hidden fired another arrow, screaming, “I’m over here, darlin’, don’t act so surprised!” Dark just managed to block with the head of his spear when he felt another cut on his side.

“Where is this coming from?!” Dark looked around frantically. “Where’s Floo?!”

“Floo’s right here. Where are you?” A voice spoke, and Dark turned around to see me a few paces behind him, Dark’s blood dripping from my dagger. “You should really pay attention to everyone you’re up against… but I’m sure multi-tasking is not your forte. Warriors tend to be a bit stupid.”

“Eh, Floo,” said Hidden. “Now that we know who we are, where we are, what we’re doing, our genders, cock sizes, and blueprints for our seven houses across the frigin globe, can we just shut up and kill him?”

“Kill me? Kill me, you say?” Dark began to grow enraged, and the wind began to shift movement. “No one could ever kill me, and no one ever will! Kill me? I’ll Kill YOU!!!” Dark emanated a wave of frighteningly powerful energy, and I almost stood to watch, until I realized what was going on. “HIDDEN, GET BACK!” Hidden took off into the distance and i grabbed Khaos’ near-lifeless body and pulled him along. Just then, the nearby trees shattered as the others bent, groaned, and cracked under pressure. It began to truly seem as if we had an uphill battle ahead of us.

We all jumped into a tree and waited for Dark to finish his burst of energy. “Hidden… I think I have a plan.”

“Plan? Oh no, that just won’t do.” A figure in the trees above us spoke. “This is all wrong, it’s just all wrong. Both of you are far too weak to beat him. I’ll do it myself, and deal with you two later.” Before I could make out the voice or locate and identify the figure, the particles above us seemed to break, and he took off at incredible speed toward Dark.

“Um, Floo?” Hidden began. “Who was that?”

I took a few seconds to think about it, but drew blanks. “I have no idea, but I hope he’s on our side.”

“Sorry Dark,” screamed the figure as he approached Dark at incredible speed. “It really should have just been the two of us, but it seems someone beat me to it, didn’t they?” The figure pulled out a star nearly as big as he was. “I’ll make this worth your time, if not better.” He heaved the massive star toward Dark quicker than he could move. And as if this couldn’t get any wierder, his shadow jumped out of the ground with a massive star of his own and lunged it at Dark!

  1. It was pretty good, but some parts were a little awkward o.o
And it may just be me, but some words were used once-too-often/in inaccurate contexts. But it was still pretty good.
