Forest of Dead Trees

Issac and Lenne rushed toward the Dead Mines through the dead trees when suddenly they felt a rumble.
“Issac,” Lenne said all of the sudden, “What was that?”
“I dont know but we really shouldnt stay here,” Issac answered when they turned and a dead tree fell on both of them.

Issac opened his eyes slowly to see a ceiling over his head. He looked around the room to see that it was his room before . . . the accident. Issac got out of the bed to see he still wore his Red Pris and the rest of his equipment, excluding his weapons. He looked out the window to see it was morning.
“This doesnt make any sense,” Issac said aloud. “I thought this place was destroyed.”
“Issac! You awake yet son?” a voice from down stairs called up to him. A familiar voice.
“Mom?” Issac whispered to himself. He ran downstairs to see his parents. He was back in his normal life.

Many days past and he did the same things that he did before the accident. Take care of the horses, his chores, errands, and everything else. But Issac couldnt remember what he was suppose to do. He decided to skip dinner and went to bed early. Issac tried to remember what he was suppose to do. He looked at his window to see pebbles hitting on the glass. He walked over to it and saw a person outside. He made some hand signals that Issac recognized. They ment for his to come to him. Issac walked downstairs.
“I think Im going to feed the horses,” Issac told his parents.
“Ok but hurry back,” his dad replied. “Its getting dark out.”

Issac walked outside and over to the person. The person did not look familiar in anyway. He wore a Red China and used a Black Scarab. Issac also noticed a Kunai Dagger in a small sheathe. He wore a face mask and Issac knew that he was a type of ninja.
“Alright who are you?” Issac asked this stranger.
“My name is not of the importance,” he replied. He lifted something from behind a rock and gave them to Issac. “Your weapons.” Issac unwrapped both of the parcels to see his Doombringer and Beheader.
“Where did you-” Issac began when the stranger stopped him.
“Do you remember your friend? Do you remember her?” the stranger asked. Issac thought for a moment but couldnt remember. He focused harder to see a girl but just the back. He couldnt see her face or anything. Just the back.

“No,” Issac replied.
“Barry’s spell is starting to set in,” the stranger said all of a sudden. “Follow me.” The man walked toward the woods. Issac placed his swords on his back and followed the man. After a while they found a cave opening.
“In here is where you can set yourself free,” the stranger told Issac.
“You still never told me your name,” Issac replied.
“Like I said, it doesnt matter,” he replied. They entered the cave. The tunnel was quiet and dark. After walking in the tunnel for a while, they entered a room. There was a table with a crystal on it and a person in a cloak standing there.

“So you have come,” the person said without even looking at them. He turned around and they sawthe person had a monsterous face. The cloak fell off and the entire body had armor plating on it and had legs like a scorpians body. It also had claws and a tail with sharp needles sticking out of it.
“I am Barry the Dream Caster,” the thing said. “I set my spell upon mortals and let my spell send them to sleep- forever. I then kill them and transform them into an Uprising Death such as myself.”

Then Issacs partner ran at Barry. He threw Steelies at Barry but Barry threw his tail needles to block the Steelies. The man took out his Kunai Dagger and made an impact on the armor. He jumped back.
“Issac, use your Doombringer on him,” the man told Issac. He nodded an unsheathed it. He saw the crystal in his Doombringer shine and felt his Doombringer fill up with power. Issac swung his Doombringer onto the ground and the swing hit Barry from afar. He grunted but the slash didnt do much.
“So your sword has a Demonic Crystal,” Barry said. “Only people who entered my home and survived couldve gotten a Demonic Crystal from there.”

Issac didnt waste a second. He lunged at Barry and swung his Doombringer onto at him. But Barry blocked the swing with his arm and then grabbed Issac by his leg. It tossed Issac into the cave wall and then the mysterious stranger threw a few bombs at Barry. They went off and Barry was covered with smoke. He got his Kunai Dagger andlunged at Barry again. He started striking Barry with the dagger. He then jumped away and inhaled and exhaled hard through his face mask.
“Issac! Grab the armor that is in your pack!” he yelled at Issac. Issac got up on his feet and rummage in his pack. He found something. He changed into it quickly and shouldered his Doombringer.

“An Ades set with Gold Brists and Arlic huh? And they’re red, my favorite color,” Issac said. Issac then charged his Doombringer up with energy and ran at Barry. Barry shot his tail needles at Issac. He swung his Doombringer at the needles and sliced them in half. Issac then charged all his energy into his Doombringer and clashed it onto Barry’s rock hard skin. The skin cracked a little. And then alot. Issac flew into the wall from the impact. The man ran up to Barry and cracked off a tail needle while sliding underneath Barry’s arms. He then jumped up and then stuck the needle into the crack and pushed it in. Barry soon started screaming with pain and then thrashed around wildly. The man grabbed the crystal on the table and threw it against the wall. It shattered and the entire room started to shatter.

“The spell has been undone Issac,” the man told him. “Your friend may need a little help waking up though.”
“You still never told me your name!” Issac yelled at him.
“Fine,” the man said. “My name is Dark Draconis.”

And the entire reality disappeared.

Issac woke up and found himself on the ground. He still wore the Ades from the dream. He felt his head to feel the Arlic and looked at his gloves to see Gold Brists. Even his shoes were different. He felt his earrings and they were Red Crossed.
“Was it a dream?” Issac said aloud. He turned to see Lenne on the ground asleep as well. Issac walked over to Lenne and nudged her to wake up. Lenne opened her eyes slowly.
“You ok Lenne?” Issac asked. Lenne got up and felt her head.
“I think so,” Lenne replied. “What happened?” Issac explained everything to Lenne and what happened.
“So Lenne what was your dream about anyways?” Issac asked. Lenne blushed and got up.
“Hey we’ve got to go to the Dead Mines now right? I know Im right lets go!” Lenne said quickly, grabbed Issacs collar and pulled him toward the Dead Mines.

To be continued.
