ie;where to go when you get a clue for your next objective
2).it is gameplay-oriented,not graphics-oriented
its your choice,play games that are INTERESTING
3).has some cold humor in quests
ie;romeo and juliet quest,where juliet dies and romeo gets her cousin
4).it has RANDOMNESS!!!!!
as in the random events that happen
ie;getting your pickaxe head breaking or meeting a river troll
5).when you die you won’t lose PRECIOUS exp
although you lose all but your 3 most expensive items (in npc price)
every thing must have its cons right?

i did that quest and i admit it was funny
but you say it was gameplay oriented
the gameplay sux too o.O
number 5: id rrather lose exp
losing all but 3 items kills me inside
oh wait but obviously im forgetting the magic that lets you keep ONE EXTRA ITEM!
so instead of keeping 3 i get to keep 4! [sarcasm/]
oh yeah and fr those who dont know, your money counts as an item
so you lose that too
Well, see, There are these things, they’re called “opinions.” They let you like, think, and feel differently than the next guy, “To each their own.”
I DO have to say, the people in Runescape are considerably nicer and more kind than in Maple story, and I can say that from experience in both games. I also have to agree that it gets boring pretty fast, since you can’t manually fight the enemy, you just sit there and watch your character get beat up.

The community is nicer? All I ever heard in the game is “noob” and pros leading poor noobs into the wild to kill them.
Yeah it is kinda boring, every hit u give him, he has to hit you back =.=
But one thing is, Runescape has such small numbers, maybe Jagex can’t add up that much? Lol jk

i played rs for likr a week it got boring and yes the rs community is nicer than maple or atleast less annoying
runescape is gey,u probably havnt played it long enough but it get extremely boring after u zomplete all thge quests
it is gameplay-oriented.the creators of the game think alot about it before updating new stuff.and they update frequently.and they are already working on the graphics.

mm, Everyone has there right to an opinion, Personally I just like playing MMO’s, being able to have fun playing a game and interacting with people who share the same passion for the game. Both RS and Maple have there downsides, Yes Runescape has been around longer, and if you look at the history of Runescape, It’s come a very long way from it’s beginnings as a text-based game, to a fairly popular 3-D Java game. As for people making comments, Try to stop and think about what you’re typing, mabye if you spoke, you know, something other then generic internet speak, people would understand the points your trying to make instead of ‘omg u n00b <insert generic spam and/or flame here>
