Bleurghh.

‘Kso. I got to 70% today, which was my goal before needing to leave, and now I’m writing this. I wanted to at least get to 70%, and write this, before leaving for Boston, Massachusetts today.

NYLSC. National Young Leaders State Conference. Held in Boston, for four days. I get to stay at some super-fancy hotel & shiz while hanging out with kids my age & learning how to be president or something. Whatever.

To me, this means I won’t have a computer with MapleStory on it for four freakin’ days. I think I might die. Oh well, at least I’ll get a “good experience” out of it.

Anyhoo, I can’t stop thinking about this thing. I think it might be on TV, on one of those really boring channels that only get viewed when proud parents decide to view their children’s achievements on TV.

I’m kinda nervous. I’ve never really been someone who gets along great in huge groups. I’m probably going to have a nervous breakdown, knowing me, and it will all be on TV. GREAT.

So, that’s that. No Maple for four days. Probably no AIM for four days. If there’s even computers in the hotel rooms, guaranteed I’m going to be on MMOT. Probably downloading MS onto the hotel computers. I hope they don’t kick me out.

Oh, and a random fact-of-the-day: I set my toaster on fire three times this morning when trying to make toast. It set off an alarm that, I swear, is a symphony to wake the dead. It’s, like, Satan’s alarm clock. Seriously.
If anyone can top that, tell me.

Much love,
Try not to miss me too much,
Amanda <33

  1. XD Aw, well, my MS file corrupted and they wouldn’t let me reinstall it for some reasons. . .

  2. Symphony to wake the Dead and Satan’s Alarm clock have been officially added to my list of cliche’ sayings. Thank you. I thought Tim Taylor was the only one who could set fire to toasters. I guess I’m wrong, though!
