it is about me sending complains to asiasoft/whoever’s in charge of the game because i am seriousely wasting alot of time and sleep time in trying to just GET IN zakum,not even damage it yet.
There are a total of 3 CURRENT letters.There should be a 4th one tomorro.
And there are 2 pending letters.
Can you sense the Sarcasm in it? (And oh yea spelling mistakes

I kept those letters clean of vulgers,so they dont have a right to bann me for that.And i can complain as much as i want right?A letter a day keeps giving asiasoft more headachs.

Er,so TOTALLY bogus.I have tried MANY MANY times to whisper many gm igns,but all turned out that the gm was offline (or appeared offline)
One solid evidence of this is(I got screenshots!),today after that guy tried to sell me zakum service,
I got into zakum and gmabluesword came by.He told us that the squad leader and those inside the squad had ONE MIN to get into zakum (or what?? 0_o that statement sounds threatning.) and we all did.Thanks to him,that batch only had 2 priests (of which 1 didnt know how to heal properly thus I died ._.)I tried whispering to him because he mentioned earlier on that he would bless us but forgot.Later on he came back into the zakum altat because we had not summoned the zakum yet (because of the shortages of priests,thanks to him,and some other problems)
I tried whispering to him to bless us,while looking at him online standing on the top left platform in the zakum altar,but it says that he was offline.How do you expect me to inform a in game gm if he makes himself invisible/un-contatable/wadever you call it?

And I have several ugly ss of people obviousely having zakum service / rotating squad ldr duteys while waiting for their buddy royaltys to arrive,and blab la that has nothing has been done.(I tried pming gms several times but all turned out to be off9,only once managed 2 pm donbao who in turn ignored me ._.)

3 5x people in the same batch (the batch cmi due to so many 5x people,do note my lv 120 mit sometimes cant find a slot,and once my mit could not get into the squad while this 7x guy did.)
(Once this guy from 1 guild megaed that 1 zk was theirs because their guild was hosting a guild zakum,and 1 gm replied back with a mega that zakum was ffr.But he questioned the gm why is there a squad system then?The gm replied because it is to prevent low level people from entering because they cannot contribute much to the zakum party.[I cannot remember igns of both gm n megaer]My point,I see MORE THEN 3 of which I only ssed 3 in ONE?? The penalty of abusing Zakum Squad System shall be based on the following:
1. Buying/Requesting/Selling/Advertising of Zakum Services
2.Squad leader who constantly kicks out squad members as reservation of slots for own friends and acquaintances.
3.Delaying in starting Zakum battle for a period of time for the sake of own benefits. (May also refer point 2)
With references to screenshots,action should be taken.
Some ss are not about people breaking the rules,but to show how ineffective the zk squad system is.

-Ign: MrsChoco (as in stated in Maple0029 ss,1st sentence) only added her friends into that zakum batch,thus that many complains.(Rule 2 broken?But theres no solid prove unless a gm was there 2 whitness it,of which read next line)
I tried whispering various gm but they were offline,which shows that gm are really inffective to get work done.
I only see hackers and rude mega spammers being banned,but how about other cases?

-Ign: DyDyHong aka m0onditz brought his lv 5x warrior to zakum,and partied me and 2 other guys in order to be squad ldr.He indeed became squad leader,(after waiting for 4hours+ < <
and then pass his role off to someone else who thus selfishly gave the 29 slots to his friends.I waited so long just to see some guy who just came to just enter zakum likethat?
I,today,have been aready waiting for more then 4hours right now,as I am sending this complaint.I have nothing better to do but to wait for my 3rd attempt to JUST GET INTO ZAKUM ONLY,therefore to kill the 3hour+ wait (because many selfish people camp inside,something that gm isnt also doing much and fast enuf about) with yet another complain.
Some people can just get in because they are friends of the squad leaders.
Many more humble unfamous people have been waiting far LONGER HOURS than imagined and fail to just even get inside zakum.
Do also edit the 2nd rule to such:
One is not allowed to reserve,hog or to sabotarge a batch. (Because not just squad leaders hog slots.Some people refuse to enter the zakum map once the SL has entered because their friends are not inside,when they themselves are inside the squad wasting that 1 valuable slot.)
(To counter this saboing thing,I suggest once the squad leader enters,whoever is regested in the list will AUTOMACTACALLY enter the map.Even though they still can leave from within the map and sabotarge,they will aready waste 1 of their entry chance as a penalty.)
What are you doing about it?
Dont just say Thanks for the valuable info,we are looking into it shortly stuff and such.Custermours DO NOT want apologies and reasons,they WANT RESULTS.This matter has aready been seen since ages ago.How fast are you to take action on such events?
I do know it took MONTHS before a mod in playpark forums took action of the you are not allow to sell items/stuff for acash rule and therefore closed many art threads.
I got nothing to do while waiting to JUST ENTER zakum for the umpteen time,and oh do make this text box bigger,its kinda hard to type in such tiny tiny box,

My question to you:
I am using a lv 92 chief bandit to zakum,and i feel its ok to use a 9x char if you are a dit or priest, because you have very important party support skills. Unless you are say a 9x hermit or something and was expelled, I dont mind because they cannot do that much damage.
I have been zakuming for more than 3 days in a row, and in this previous day,i have even made a ‘zakum buddy’ as he and i wait together in the late nights both to only to be expelled and such and never making it into the zakum altar.
I have already drastically changed my sleeping patterns to try to get in during the super non pick period, hats when people are sleeping, and i am also juggling a job with a MORNING SHIFT.
Q:Is a level 92 char with a skill that can do tremendous damage in mere seconds considered low levelled enough to be expelled by a system implemented with the intention to expell low levels only?If not so,then what is being done as we speak?
Because during my 2nd try today, I was expelled and suspended (they reformed the squad twice,and GMAzerobytes was there). To my dismay as i spammed that i and serveral other people that did not look like lv 5-7x was suspended near GMAzerobytes,in which he did nothing.Oh and before that batch, before i and many people could even enter the squad registering map, they were already booking slots to be squad leader pmed several gms of which GMAssamite was online. I told him that,but he ignored me.Aniway he came in later during the forming of the squad system. Could he just reply a simple ok?It wouldnt kill him to reply that he got the message.

I haven’t seen a GM ever since I started playing Maplestory. Which was what, two and a half years ago? Three?
Everyone sounds annoying since the GM is there.
I saw 3 gms,in 2 days.
What the complain is actually aboit –
Ever since the zakum squad was released,many pro famous people have been abusing it for profit and fame.
For example they sell zakum service.
For a certian priced sum they will kill zk for you and you get ur helm.Even at lv 50.
For those poor other people out of the 30 who had been there to get their own helm,well,so poor thing of them 2 aid these people to get their own helms.
Even when 3 new rules came out,people still continue to do this secretly.
Also,people only want their friends to get in,thus if their friend were not the squad leader,of if their friends were not inside a particaller squad that their friends wernt squad leaders in the 1st place,they will sabotarge the batch by not going in.
This means a lack of people = a lack of damage = the batch cant make it.
I have been waiting over the past 3 days,sitting there waiting and missing over 3 batches each day,due to the reasons explained above.
NOTE 1 batch takes about 3-4hours to down 1 zakum,so imagine how long i have been waiting,just to see other people who waited lesser get in because of wadever lame reasons.
