Well,a guild isnt eazy to run.
I couldnt run my guild much due to work and thus,many members left.
Why?
They wernt loyal to the guild in the 1st place,and when the guild got boring,they went off in search for another.
For example,DevilryArc threw aside his guild,his friends,and his dignity away so that he could level faster.
He quited incendiary and from what i can tell from silver,whos upset that he has deleted her off bl,he too deleted his whole bl list and had the cheek to ask her to tell another guild mate that he still havent paid for a xbow he was using now.5 of us on that day,went to find him,and he could not offer a better reason for the 5 of us to accept it.
After all,he used to be one of US.
And he betrayed us just to?..

What kind of guy do you think he is?

+A TRUE guild is one that bond and stick together.
+A GOOD GuildMaster is one who is fair and enforces rules,as well as bond with members and manage events.She/he does not judge based on emotions but by the book,and makes sure every member feels equal as one.
+A LOYAL member is one who does not hesitate to aid his guild in times of need and sticks by it side.She/he does not run to another guild due to greed,e.g. to get a ZK helm,to kill high lv bosses.

I rather have a humble loyal guild as compared to one with many high level people inside.
The reason why?
You could have a pro one,but what happens when you fail to meet their needs?
Most (MOST) high level people are snobby , (i have a lv 120 mit,gosh am i insulting myself? > > )and they join pro guilds because of either 2 reasons.They wan to be in a famous guild,you know like a trend,or they are unable to accomplish things on their own,e.g. gang ks people/zakuming.
Everyone would leave,and all that will be left is yourself and sorrow.
Then you will relise the only reason they stick around,was one of those 2 reasons.

Being a Guild Master isnt all just fame,glory and having people treating you nicely / bla bla bla cos you are the big boss.
If you dont manage your guild proplerly,your guild will crumble.
You have to make scrafices too.Like my zakum helmet D:
Or spending the time to creat events for your guildmembers to have fun with.
Manage it well and you will be paid handsomly.
If you seek fame and glory,you will be paid most painfully.

  8. Well . You shoulda make that clearer for those joining the guild in the first place . It’s true that most want fame and act snobby . But you still shouldnt condeem the whole group because of some people .

  11. i’m new but i made an account to tell you. this is what somebody called devilry say on another site.

    One of my most faithful friends I could remember to date is Silverfx. I met her on MMOTales and added her to my buddy list when my fire mage was barely level 55, which was around September last year I think. During that period we randomly chatted and helped each other out at times. However my mage was hacked at level 88 shortly thereafter due to my misplaced trust and gullibility in a guild member. I was devastated. I remember she was one of the first to spontaneously lend me some of her stuff which I could use, specifically a blue moon and green starlight.
    It wasn’t much, but she actually checked all her characters and brought them to Florina beach just so she could pass me the equipment.
    Anyway after that I could not stand the agony of playing a hacked character and started a new sin, but it was short lived and I quit Maple Story almost immediately after that when my sin was around level 43. If my memory does not fail me, I repaid her by giving her a 60% overall dexterity and 2 million mesos. It was probably almost half of my entire possessions at that time; the other half I split amongst in Rl friends who played Maple Story as well.
    I also gave her the password to my mage since I didn’t really plan on logging in to him any more.
    After that I started playing FlyFF full time, checking my mage now and then for auditing purposes.
    It was not long, however, before one day I suddenly logged on to realise that someone had made my mage die from 60% to 0%. I was furious and changed the password immediately. I later then discovered that it was actually my RL friend who key logged me while I was playing my image on his computer. He had no negative intentions but thought it was okay to die since I did not play my mage any more.
    I started a new archer in August this year, the very sniper you see on my Basil ID to be exact. And yeah, the first person I probably added to my BL was SilverFx
    I reach lvl50 in September and joined her guild after that, Incendiary. Anyway we did have random adventures now and then, but they were minimal since I almost only played my archer for the sole purpose of levelling and superseding my mage as my strongest character, not actually for the fun of the game.
    I don’t know what came over me but very recently I had the impression that I was not levelling half as fast enough, especially after numerous experiences on Maple Story.
    It was then I decided to quit my guild and had a MASS wipe out of buddies on my BL whom I deemed as someone who meant a lot to my character, someone who I deemed potentially hindering to my levelling. In case you all are interested, particular events that prompted this was an unsuccessful GPQ where I had to go back to Perion all the way from El Nath only to disconnect halfway, one of my guild members almost threatening to kill steal me since I refused to Zakum Quest with him during the ending hours of my 2x experience and one of the ex-guild members kill stealing my coolie map away, claiming it was my obligation to share the map with him. It may not seem like much to you, but it affected me really badly; as if joining her guild was neglecting my main mission in Maple Story for more social reasons.
    To make a long story short, SilverFx was part of those that were deleted.
    However I could say I would pretty much be in self-denial to say I don’t miss her.

    But damn, I really didn’t need that. Now I can’t concentrate even more.

    And if something like that happened,he could jolly well inform me and i would take action.
    As if he dosnt even know me.

  15. I think the good thing about having your own guild is that you can invite friends, and have some say over who actually joins.
    Which keeps out all the morons. ^_~
