Story again

Jim leant against his bed, thinking about how his parents had died. A loud scream interrupted his thoughts. Instantly, Jim called tapped the source and weaved a cloak of Spirit and Dark around him, rendering him invisible. Crouching down, he crept towards the mast of the ship. Balrogs.

A Huntress was firing rapid arrows at the backs of the beasts, but the arrows bounced off. She was in pretty bad shape as her armor was torn, leaving large patches of skin uncovered and vulnerable to the Balrogs’ Black Lightning.

Grimacing, he ran towards the Huntress, and threw the cloak over her. He pushed her away from the Balrogs and removed two Hwabis. It had caused him a fortune, but it was worth it. Eight points, multiplying the pain by eight times. He tapped into Dark and wove it into his shadow, making it alive. Eight times four.

The shadow threw two stars at the Balrog, mimicking him. All eight stars hit their mark. The Balrog was hit with a force thirty-two times a normal star would and it did what most monsters did. It roared in pain. Jim repeated his stunt twice, aiming for the beast’s heart. He knew it was useless to hit its brain as it never used it. The Balrog keeled over and died.

The other Balrog turned to look at Jim, cold fury in its eyes. Glancing over at his fallen comrade, the Balrog wove Poison and Dark into a Tombstone. Just as it landed on Jim, the Hermit connected three Avengers into a humongous star and threw it at the Balrog. He fainted just as it gave its last cry.

When he awoke, a Cleric was looking at him with a worried expression and the Huntress he had saved was sitting in a corner, looking at him guiltily.

She’s cute. Jim thought, looking at the Cleric. She’s cute too. What am I doing here? Jim thought to himself while looking at the Huntress.

‘You’re awake. Can you sit up?’ The Cleric asked worriedly

‘I must be in heaven.’

‘Oh no…I think he has a concussion.’ The Huntress bit her lower lip guiltily. ‘I shouldn’t have tried to take on those Balrogs.’

‘If I’m not in heaven, where did you two angels come from?’ Jim asked innocently.

The Cleric blushed a deep red while the Huntress looked away, hiding her face.

‘Where am I, if I’m not in heaven?’

‘You’re in the Orbis potion shop.’ The Huntress said.

‘I need to go to Ludibrium. May I know the names of my saviors?’

‘I’m Leila and she’s Alys.’ Leila the Cleric said. ‘If you do not mind, can we travel with you to Ludibrium?’

‘It would be my honor.’
