He walked to his cabin as he picked up a piece of large pargement. He read the heading, Legendary Bandit dissappears, leaving a building hidden in the Sewers to rubble. He lowered his eyes to see the subtopic Young quiet female mage suddenly finds a dozen bags filled with money and the most rare jewels at her doorstep. His eyes drifted toward the Bandit heading, and started walking into his cabin reading the article. It said that the hidden base in the sewer belonged to an infamous man that once commisioned the Bandit army in the legendary war that pitted Bandits against Assasins in the past. He flipped the paper to see a blurry picture of a bandit walking into the sewers with equipment not known to mankind yet. His mind flashbacked to his friend and him training together happily, and everything started to make sense.

Crim stared at the picture until he realised the horrifying truth. The person he was staring at was his friend….Lazard…..

Lazard had gotten new clothes, and usually kept his face hidden now. He almost never left his hidden base, which he established by robbing Mr. Hong yet again. He walked across the velvety carpet to his door to get the daily paper. He opened the door, and picked up the parchment, but let it slowly drop. He saw the main heading, and knew he had to move. He grabbed a leather bag, and stuffed everything vital to life that he would need. His new home would be in Sleepywood, a deserted place filled with treacherous monsters.

He looked once more at his luxurious base, and without even thinking about it, he moved on.

He had reached the damp forest, right outside of Sleepywood, where his ear picked up on distant grunts. He followed the grunts to see a wild boar on the outskirts of Sleepy. This didn’t make any sense…..

Those grunts soon became words, and Zard heard the terrible overthrow the monsters would be throwing against the humans in three nights. Zard knew he could maybe hold off a bunch of monsters in one town, but there were 4 other towns on the Victoria Continent.

Three people came to his mind; The Female Mage that healed him, The old wizard that brought Crim and Zard together, and his old friend (who probably hated him) Crimzard. He quickly retreated to Ellinia to search for them……
