Under Cover In The Light
Chapter Four

August 28, 2927
11:20 AM
Angelina Liedell Murders Three Men [34, 32 and 44] And A Child [4] On A Cruise Ship At 10:30 AM

Naz stormed through the house, throwing opens doors along the hallway and shouting.
“GET UP!!! ALL OF YOU!!” he screamed, wrenching a door and pulling it off its hinges. He threw it on the ground and bounded the stairs three at a time. He kicked open the doors, still screaming. Chath’s head poked out of an open door,

“What’s the fuss, Naz?”
“The ‘fuss’ is: Barretta Smike has been killed and thrown off the deck of a CRUISE SHIP -OH GET UP!” he screamed at two soldiers still on their beds. Chath’s face immediately grew grave, “He’s a Keeper, isn’t he?” Naz nodded,
“One of them” Chath ran down the stairs, leaping the last five.

“Oh that is IT!” Naz said, grabbing his Kage and holding it in front of him. His voice magnified,
“GET UP ALL OF YOU!” the walls shook and the ground trembled. He put his Kage safely on his back and ran down the stairs into the kitchen. Morice Pierce, the Dark Lord, Dances with Balrogs, their children, Athena Pierce, DL, Dances with Balrog Jr and Grendell the Really Old along with Chath Elghinn, Alpha Ranger and Melissa all sat around the table, facing the fire.

“Whats happened?” Naz said, walking swiftly and plotting himself on a chair.
“We just got news, Barretta Smike gave them the information before he died. We have to evacuate!” Chath said, spinning around and facing Naz.
“Get them all up and out of here, get Monslone to take as many with him to…well he’ll know” Naz stood up, knocking the chair onto the ground.
“I’m on it” and he ran out of the room.

“Its all set, ma’am” the Death Wanderer spluttered, making a short bow and stepping back.
“Good, go get your troops, if any of them try to get out using the front, back or underground exits, attack but DO NOT kill them!” Angelina Liedell shouted as the Wanderer Disapparated to tell the other commanders. This would be it, the Rebels would finally be crushed once and for all. She held up her hand, the Death Wanderers behind her fell silent, each of them grabbing a wand from the inside of their black robes.

There was a high-pitched scream from underneath them,
“And it begins” she said dramatically, pointing her wand at a large house in the middle of a field. With a jolt her wand sent out a fiery red jet, similar spells flew from those around her. They hit the house and exploded, sending debris landing around them. There was silence as the debris landed, exclude the Wanderers breathing. Then all hell broke free. The front door of the house shot forward, crushing a Wanderer.

Fifty, maybe sixty soldiers jumped out, flailing their arms and throwing javelins. Green jets flew from wands, red from others.
“DO NOT KILL THEM!” Angelina shouted, punching a Rebel with her wand hand. She sent a Stunning Curse at a Rebel, it hit him hard in the chest and he did a black flip, landing on a Wanderer. She aimed towards the hole where to front door used to be, Rebels still poured out of it. She sent another fiery red jet towards it, blowing up the ground in a 5 meter distance.

Men flew everywhere, bodies landed and coughed up blood. A Rebel at the far end of the house flung his axe at her, end over end. It flew through the air, cutting a Rebels hair off. It was 30 millimeters away from Angelina’s face when a Death Wanderer jumped in the way of it and it thudded into his chest. Angelina shook her head and looked at the dying man, pity. She stepped over him and moved on, occasionally sending a Stunning Curse at a Rebel on the ground.

She finally got to the gaping hole in the house, no more Rebels poured out. She barely stepped over the debris of the wall when a Kage slammed into her chest sending her flying back to land on a fellow Death Wanderer. She pushed him to the ground and got up, spitting out blood and mud. She stared into those dark grey eyes that made Naz so special. Naz looked into hers, a dark shade of purple, hatred running through them.

There was a loud BANG! And everybody in the field was thrown to the ground. A whip cracked and a golden light shined. There was a whizzing of a bow and loud thuds as though arrows were being shot from heaven. She raised her head an inch and looked up. There, standing on the edge of a golden chariot, was a man. His hair a dirty blonde, messy color.

He wore a black track suit with dark blue on the side, in his ears were the long cords of iPod speakers and in his hand, he held the most beautiful bow she had ever seen. Choose your favorite color, shape, module, string, you name it. It was there. His face had a wild kind of smile on it. Arrows thudded into Death Wanderers, many of them Disapparated from the scene.

Cowards. An arrow flew in her direction, she ducked and it hit the body of the Wanderer she was underneath. She opened an eye just in time to see a Death Wanderer get shot in the heart with deadly accuracy, then the same in the eye and in the forehead. He fell to the ground, one hand on his eye and the other on his heart. Then, just like he came, he was gone.

Wanderers lay strewn across the ground like omens of death. She looked around, noting that only Rebels stood alive. She did a flip and landed on her feet, with on fluid motion she sent three Killing Curses in the direction of Naz and Disapparated away. If she had looked close enough, she would see what looked like a part of the sun flying away from them.

Well, hope you like it. . .
