Hi guys, this is chapter three of my MapleStory saga…
If ya gonna read it make sure ya read chapter 1 and 2.

We decided to camp on a nearby hill. We slept and ate.
And when dawn broke over the hills. We packed up our things started heading east once again.
“We’re halfway there!” I shouted with a grin on my face.
“Got that right bro!” He replied, also with a giant grin on his face.
And flaming made a happy sort of sound.
We traveled all the way to slime tree before we rested for the day.
“We made good progress today guys. Good work!”
“Thanks bro!” My brother grinned.
We set up camp and went to sleep.
I could hear my brother snoring, as load as a Balrogs roar my father used to say.
I laughed at the thought and slowly sleep overcame me.

I woke up starting into bright yellow eyes.
I was about to scream but I felt a hand clasp on my mouth.
“Don’t make a sound.” Said an unfamiliar voice in my ear.
I looked up to see an unfamiliar face.
The man had blue eyes, black hair and a scar across his right eye.
Than I looked in front of me and saw hundreds of green slime blobs with mouths and eyes. And a little antenna coming out of them.
“These are slime bubbles, if you make a large enough sound or a sudden movement they will attack.”
I nodded super slowly.
I looked behind me and saw that my brother and Flaming were already awake staring at all the green bubbly creatures.
“So what should we do?” I whispered to the strange man.
He smiled, ever seen a magician use magic?
I felt my heart leap, I always wanted to see a real mage do magic. Travelers in Heneyss told tales about how cool their magic was. I also saw my brother smiling. Looking forward to what was about to happen. Unfortunately we didn’t know what chaos would be caused once he did his magic.
He slowly brought out 3 runes and placed them on the ground and started muttering some words I couldn’t understand.
Than all of a sudden there was a bright flash and three giant golems stood there.
“WOW!” I said. All the slime bubbles started attacking but the stone golems held them back but unexpectedly didn’t kill them.
“Now, watch this.” He said, obviously looking forward to what was about to happen.
He brought a wand out and waved it in a circle and all of a sudden lightning started coming from the sky striking all the slime bubbles.
“AWESOME!” Me and my brother shouted at the same time.
We were amazed at what we were seeing.
It took less than a few seconds to kill all the bubbles and than with a click of his fingers, the golems turned into dust.
“Follow me.” He turned to us and said.
“Your brother has already told me about your quest. And I am willing to help. Now hurry, we must make haste!” I picked up my backpack and me, flaming and my bro started following him through the dark caves of slime tree.

But after five minutes we heard a giant roar and the earth shook.
“That doesn’t sound good.” My brother said sounding worried.
And Flaming squealed.
We turned around, and kept hearing more roars and the ground rumbling beneath our feet.
“Oh no, I was afraid that this might of happened.” murmured the mysterious wizard.
“RUN!” He shouted.
We all turned around and started running but we were just in time to catch a glimpse of a slime bubble except it was giant. Bigger than our mushroom house. It was five times as big as it!
We kept running but it was obvious it was going to catch up to us soon.
We kept turning and running and turning and running.
“Until the mysterious mage said “Stop!”
Then he shouted. “It is I, Erezekiel, let me in fast, we are being chased by a giant slime! Make Haste!”
Slowly in front of us the giant trees started fading and we could see a gate opening.
Me and my brother gazed and Erezekiel turned to face us.
“We have hidden our entire city by tree’s so only those wanted can enter.”
He started running into the gate and we followed him.
We had just got in front of the gate when we heard another roar.
I looked back and saw the giant slime bubble. And he was coming this way….
And he was coming fast!!!

We managed to run inside the closing gates and I saw more people who looked like Ererzekiel. Except they had unusual swords and spears.
I could hear the captain of the guards shouting to hold the slime bubble back.
We ran up the giant stairs and through all the trees which had bridges connecting them. It seemed to be like and endless maze. We got to the highest tree and were about to enter until we heard a giant crashing sound.
The slime bubble had broken through! We all looked at it squashing innocent people in the city. It was about to break on of the tree houses when Erezekiel got out his wand and shouted a spell. One giant lighting strike hit the Slime and it exploded.
People from all over the city were looking up and cheering and shouting his name.
He just smiled and took us into the tree house.
And this my friends, is where the real story begins…..
