Once upon a time the world of maple story was desolate. Monsters destroyed all in it’s path and murdered everyone.

The leader of the monsters was Bob, and he ruled with an iron fist.
But there was one man, who wasn’t afraid of any of the monstersl.
And his name was Orbis.

Orbis was strong, but he refused to fight after the world took his wife away. Then one day, Bob attacked his village and the only thing he had left of a family. So Orbis finally had enough.

Nobody knows the truth about the fight between Bob’s army and Orbis, but Orbis won. Bob then took advantage and mortally wounded Orbis. Orbis with his last ounce of energy weaken Bob and turned him in a snail.

Orbis crawled to the edge of the island, now known as victoria island, and purified the land. Then he fell from victoria island.

1000 years later, and monsters now roam the land. But because of the courage of orbis, now we fight back. Bob the snail now waits for his power to come back, so he can once again rule the world.

And Orbis now sleeps forever in the land of Orbis.
