Mark ran through the tower 21st floor nodding to a few guards at a door. They opened it up and Mark walked inside and bowed. He saw a meeting of people talking and he walked over and took his seat. “Sorry i’m late” he said, “Got caught up on the 14th floor” He explained to the other men in the room.

They all nodded, Shadow stood up and said, “Friends we have gathered here for a meeting because we have a decision to make.” Everyone slowly became quiet again. Mark could here a crash outside the door, he tapped the person beside him’s shoulder and pointed. The door burst open, a young Elf came bursting in running to his chair but not making it before he crashed over and did a frontflip landing on Jacob’s knee.

Jacob picked the Elf up and set him on his chair. The whole room burst out laughing at the young Elf. The Elf started laughing too but got a little overload and fell back in his chair. Shadow raised a hand but giggled a bit. “Friends!” he shouted. They quieted down a bit and turned to him.

Shadow continued, “We have a discission to make, it is either to attack Victoria and earn our place back there or stay here and hide away until they sort themselves out!” he sat down once he was done. There were murmurings all around the room. Mark looked at Jacob and saw him nodding. Mark saw Shadow’s eyes looking at him, Mark lowered his head then nodded.

Kerning City

“Ge’ going ye lil’ thief!” a Buffoun yelled at a little thief. The thief skittered and rushed out of the room. The Buffoun turned back to the dark figure that was floating above him. He tried to bow and asked, “My lord when should we raid on Perion?” there was a space of silence when the monster replied, “Make it in 3 days no more.” The buffoun sighed, “We can’t make it in 3 days Thanatos!”

The giant Thanatos laughed, “Make it in 3 days or your head will be gone before that” The Buffoun bowed, “Ye sir!” and marched out of the room. Thanatos turned back to his map and put a finger down on the bubble of Perion, “You will be mine” “you will be mine…”

In the Jungle

A bolt of Energy blew away a few Buffys in the clearing. Ariec the Priest summoned another energy bolt to his side and threw it at another group Buffys. He looked at Mahic the archer shooting arrows at the ghosts. Nioc the dwarf was axing away the Buffys like a madman. The 3 had been fighting off hundreds of Buffy’s, they had had a team of archers and dwarves but they had gone down in a flury of action.

Airec yelled, “get over here!” the 2 others nodded killed the buffy they were attacking and ran to Airec. “We need more men! there’s thousands of Buffys here!” Nioc exclaimed. “Nioc calm down” Mahic said. Airec pointed to a tree and jumped into it. Mahic picked up the little dwarf and threw him into the tree. He looked around and saw Buffys in the clearing. He jumped up and into the tree.

Mahic walked up a branch and saw Nihoc sitting on a limb and Airec floating in midair. Mahic jumped up and landed on a limb breaking it off. He grabbed onto another branch and held on, then swung up and sat there. Airec started meditating, “hmmmmm” and went on for about 2 minutes until finally, “I have sent for help.” Airec said openeing his eyes and falling onto the branch without a single sway.

Nioc pumped his arm and yelled, “Yay some more action to those monsters!” Mahic smiled and asked, “Can we go down and kill some more while the reinforcements come?” Airec sighed, Nioc stopped pumping his arm and waited. ’till finally Airec nodded, Mahic and Nioc pumped their arms and shouted battlecrys. The went to the end of the branch they were on and jumped off into the swarming of thousands on Buffys.

Airec sighed, If one of my friends die here i’ll be responsible he thought. He shook the thought of them dying out of his mind and went to the end of the branch. He summoned the power of wind to float him and he started throwing Energy bolts back down into the thousands of Buffys.
