Chapter 5
“The Juggler”

Valkom I thought. Valkom was in the center of henesys jugging 8 balls with his hands. People were watching, applauding and throwing money into a small silver plate a boy was holding. Valkom wasn’t a townsperson, he was from another world some people say.

Valkom was found with 4 juggling balls, some glasses and another person. The man who appeared with him went mad after 2 days in our world. Valkom stayed and juggled for money, nobody knows who, what or when he came. Only a few people have seen his true power. I am one of those 6.

One of the others is the one that went mad with him. The others are anomionous. Valkom and the little boy bowed and walked away counting the money. I slowly broke away from the croud and followed after them. They rounded a corner, I made a face and jumped onto the mushroom house.

They were just in front of me when 4 thugs cornered them. I made a sound and backed up, those thugs were the fearless “Shadownights” guild. They were the most feared guild on Victoria Island. Valkom took out a small wodden staff and placed it on the ground. The 4 thieves laughed and attacked. Valkom stood no chance, the boy however took a small steel dagger and cut one of them.

Come on… A little kid is doing it! I thought to myself looking away. I took ouy my Olympus and aimed at one of their heads. The arrow released and the man fell to the floor dead. Oh… now I did it I thought as a steely shot towards me. I did a small twirl and caught the steely by the red tag.

I quickly finished the twirl and threw it back with great speed and accuracy. It his them an and he fell to the ground, steely in chest. “Grrrr… we won’t forget this!!” the last bandit growled at me. Her ran off, I jumped off the roof and held my hand out to the fallen Valkom, he didn’t grab it. He got himself up and brushed himself, “So your the firebreather?” I asked looking into his blue eyes.

I could see a growing fire in his eyes until he looked away “yes” he said. “I have heard alot about you….” I said. “Would you care to tell me?” I smiled. “By the way i’m Cargomi” I added. “Sure… lets start from the beginning but first can we go somehwere? Ip said he’s freezing”. I laughed, “Sure”
