Maturity

Maturity is a part of the cycle of life for humans. For each person, it comes at a different time. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing. It’s just that some kids are trying to act mature.

I can’t say I’m mature myself. I have different sides, and I act differently to some people than others. To my best friends, I’m immature. To my friend’s parents, I try to be mature so I won’t embarrass myself and also set a good example. Plus, I’m 13. read more

Songs of a Confused Soul – End Part

~~~~~~A Dream~~~~~~
Her eyes were closed, and feeling light. The wind was weaving through her long, black hair. Maple Road was peaceful, not a sound to be heard. She spots her lover, but he was fading, his handsome features destroyed. All that was left was a bloody mess. He collapsed into her arms.
Her eyes were wide, fearful. He summoned the strength to stand up, touching her soft cheek. Brushing his lips against hers, he closed his eyes. Night was approaching, but there he remained. She stared into his eyes, but the brightness in them had disappeared. Suddenly, he began fading away. read more
Songs of a Confused Soul – Part Three
He gave her a look with such gratefulness that it instantly warmed her heart. She sat, waiting for Mai to arrive. Glancing back to Kazuki, Ashni saw that he was in a very disturbed sleep. Several times he mumbled, “Ashni,” each time gripping her hand harder. She looked away and found Mai staring back down her.
“So, you boyfriend is in trouble?” Mai said. read more
Songs of a Confused Soul – Part Two
Fiddling around with her new bow, Ashni set off to look for her love, Kohaku. He was planning to become a Mage, so she set off to Ellina to find him. The thought of seeing Kohaku warmed her soul once more. As she fought her way to Ellina, she found that killing monsters with her bow was easier than with a sword back in Maple Island. She effectively killed most of the snails surrounding her. The rest fled for their lives. As she got deeper into the forest, the monsters grew stronger and harder to kill. read more
Songs of A Confused Soul – Part One
Maple Island was where it all began. Ashni looked up at the blue sky, staring out into its wonderful features. Beside her sat Kohaku, his starry eyes set upon her. They locked eyes and Kohaku gave her a smile. Out of all people, he understood her the most. Ashni returned that smile and stood up, heading home. Kohaku suddenly spun her around and said, “May this job advancement never separate us. My love to you will be everlasting.” read more
Never, Never part 15
“What do you want?” Father snapped.
“Please, Father, a change of tone would be nice,” I said, “His Holiness said the time has come for you to let go.”
“What do you mean by that?” he sneered.
“Father, look around you!” I was sick of his cocky attitude. “Look what you have created! The people are unhappy; God himself wants you to be gone! Look what you did to the people around you. I am sorry, Father, but it is time for you to go.”
“The people around me?” he said, questioning.
“I know what you did to Mother and Wil,” I said, “They were perfect, until you came along and tore them apart.”
“Wil…Babii…?” he said.
“They were dating!” I said, “How much of a baka can you be?”
“Babii, Wil…I’m so sorry…” Father whispered.
“Father, one person ruling this Island is not enough,” I said, “The power must be shared.” read more
With my magnificent Dark Ritual, I set out to kick some Jr. Balrog butt. The wind started blowing, so I got out my cape. Deeper and deeper I went, headed straight to the Sanctuary. Since those babys hardly ever so up, I rushed to kill at least one of those today. After I arrived, I was horrified to find a Lvl 50 hunter had already started killing MY Jr. Balrog with his puny Olympus. read more
Kitty’s View
As I sat on the edge of Martin’s bed, I was thinking about Kevin. Did he get my message? Where was he? Is he ok? My thoughts were interrupted when Martin came in.
“My love, I have returned,” he said. He goes down on one knee and says, “As we were lying on the bed, side by side, it passed between us. Some call it fate, but I call it love. Will you marry me?”
I decide to play smart. “If course I will, my fiancé!” I guess I had to, and that seemed like the time to do it, so I pressed my lips against his. I was disgusted by what he was going to do next. He slid his hand all the way down my back and tried to remove…I broke off and backed away. read more
