4. ok, go to mapleglobal.com, go to support

   then click on email of inquiry

   when the email form pops up, select “account related” and tell the administrators what happened POLITELY and they will send you an email asking you for your user info, after which they will reset your pin

   they actually DO reply, you know? well, they reply to ur email address

   if you forgot your email address, then your just plain screwed
