The Essential Question: How’s life?
Iunno, why don’t you ask life yourself?. . . Sorry, random moment.
So basically, I’ve been like, surfing the site recently, and this place is a mess. The blogs are getting shorter and shorter, and I’ve been seeing like, 3 paragraph blogs or less. No offense, but they aren’t as good of a read. The front page blogs get 10 likes, and some of them are really, really short. Where in the hell are those 10 page long stories? Maybe it’s just me, maybe I’m just not looking at the right blogs, or maybe I think they aren’t as good as before because I’m no longer a Maple Freak, and those things don’t interest me as much anymore. But whatever.

Hi, so I made one of these blog things (as if I don’t have enough blogs already) because it seemed interesting. And because I like Maplestory, for some addictive reason or another.
So hi. I hope to write about some interesting things in here? hahah. But unfortunately for me (us?) it is school season which means less Maple for me. :'( But even though I totally should not be on MS, I log on anyway, because the Halloween event is pretty darn irresistible.

The Gedalya fleet known as Wogilanda, was investigating the disappearances of planets in the region of KW1828 and Y2582, these coordinates are very common to be attacked by different alien life forms. These forms were to be called Maples heresy. In other words, the world of Maple Story was creating these. There are people that live in this planet. However, the planet moves freely throughout space and is controlled by a certain program called Sacrum this program allows free movement of the planet. However its creator and manufacturer is unknown. Its as if its been there all these years.
In a certain facility in Maple Story, is where it all began in an encephalon test.

I thought I’d take a whack at the Nependeath quest and see if my luck is good at getting any Honey. And just like always, there has to be some idiot in Bera who has to say something stupid to get everyone fired up. To top it off, it’s ALWAYS something about race. God, hasn’t anyone gotten over that crap already? And I’m not just saying that because I’m spanish. Jeeze, sometimes I think humans are just retarded to the point where someone needs to shoot them. Well, I dunno how, but I got back into the Maple sensation. My best friend recently quit, and he’s been kinda egging me on to quit too. He plays FlyFF and WarRock now, but I’m definately not going back to FlyFF. I might download WarRock though; he says it’s like a better version of Counter Strike. I dunno. FPS’s aren’t really my thing, but I’ll give it a try eventually. At a later time when I feel like it. 😮
In Maple Story, one of these most said internet acronyms is the game-specific term CC. CC stands for Change Channels and taking the words in isolated events, it is asking someone to remove their avatar from the current channel space and relocate to another. Basically, it is asking people to get the heck out. Or is it? The former, detailed definition prompts a very subtle, but blunt way of stating someones intent. The latter provides a very harsh terminology that offends everybody who hears it. The latter definition is the most taken connotation of the term and is where the loathing of the acronym comes from, which is along the lines of general internet gaming words such as n00b (typically representing a new player to the game, but often used as an insulting name along the lines of dumbass) or pwn (which is used as an action word revolving around success, but is also a harsh and blunt way of saying I just kicked your butt, buddy"
. Since the term CC is a very isolated phenomenon, researching the usage is limited to knowledge only for the players of Maple Story. However, the data could have ramifications to internet speak in terms of what words become positively connotative and negatively connotative.
