Hacking is a serious problem in MapleStory. Apparently, Wizet nor Nexon wants to get rid of hacking in the nice way. So, we will have to petition for a developmental patch to hacks. What does this mean?
If we get enough support, we could get Nexon and/or Wizet to start fixing hacks via patches instead of banning hackers. This stops hacking before it even starts!
No, Ryan, Ive lost you again! Michelle cried. She could hear the war in progress just on the other side of the steel door, but she could not get to Ryan. All she could do was sit there in her Dark Moonlight, tears running down her face. I cant take it anymore, she sobbed.

Michelle awoke with a start. Her nightmare left her dripping in sweat. All she could hear were her shallow breaths as she tried to regain herself. For a few moments, she laid on the bed, blinking and adjusting her eyes to the dim light of dawn. Slowly, her ears cleared up and she could hear Pepes squawking in the distance and the light breeze blowing through her open window. Snow lightly drifted down onto her windowsill. Dawns creeping rays shown crimson in the sky, encompassing the whole entire city. Night had given way to day.

Today I had my first high-level experience, and I never even considered myself high-level… so it was news to me…
Anyways, I had done the Peace at Eos Tower quest, and gotten a 60% Glove Att scroll AND soloed Rombot again. So I was holding the memory card, because it was like a badge of pride to me. Anyways, I was going back to Vic to hang out and, unlike most trips, I wasn’t alone. Two level 30-ish thieves were there too, and they decided to drop stuff. It was mostly crap, standard monster drops- but high-level ones for them, like Mateon’s Tentacles and Space Foods. So they did that, and I did my usual “stand on the edge of the sail and F7” routine, which I do to seem brooding and angsty in hopes that someone will get it and make fun of me for being a typical “angsty anime teenager who stands in odd places for a long time with his eyes closed”- no one has yet. But they didn’t leave me alone either, so I dropped the Memory Card and they all F6’ed. Then I lagged and one of them looted it… but that was the best part.
Well, I’m a 4X Bellocanian Bowman. We’re pretty hard to come by, seeing as I don’t see too many except for the fact that there’s five of them on my buddy list and three in my guild. So, maybe not THAT hard… but anyway, I’m telling my history and you’re listening.
Becoming a good Hunter was really hard. In the beginning I was a nooblet on Maple Island, as we all were. I didn’t know Dex would let me hit harder too, but it did and that was awesome. I managed to do all the Maple Island quests easily, since at level 10 I could four-hit Orange Shrooms. So I killed a few and got my reward, but quickly sold that Fruit Knife in favor of a new bow.
FoG has gotten to be very packed, especially with hackers. It’s no longer such a great place to train. So I’m making my way to Yetis. Hoping my Fire Charge will pay off, I believe it shall… only downside is that I wont be able to GQ. Oh well, sacrifices must be made.
Well it wasn’t that good… So now I’m just going around Ludi. Pretty fun stuff… for now ;-;

I turned on my communicator, only to be flooded with lyrics from popular songs. I sighed. That must be Jeffy and AppleJacks. . .. Sadly, I was right. Amy and Wilson were trying to tell me something important on buddy, but were hopelessly drowned out by the spammage in guild. I sighed with frustration. Wheres the guild mute button?! Rhai yelled over the noise.
You know how some people are just so obsessed about their Wish List, they spend more time editting it than actually playing Maple? Yeah, that’s me. . . Luckily, all that time and effort was not to go to waste because I FINALLY GOT MORE NX! Whooot!
My Wish List was EXACTLY $15.[Note: Not a coincidence; A LOT of time was spent to make sure I used every last cent.] So far, I’ve only spent $10.50 of my money. I’m planning on getting a Friendship Ring (the star one) with my friend, but I’m gonna ask him first, just to make sure. Otherwise. . . yeah. Buuut, if he does say no, I have a BACK UP PLAN! I’ll get that pretty key wand weapon thing instead. Annnd a new smiley face.

Before I start, I have to set some definitions. People who cheat in MS are known as hackers. They are not hackers, but the action they perform is, in essence, hacking. The colloquial definition of hacking is illegitimately gaining access to a server or other computer, which is what happens in many scripts used to cheat- they gain access to the data sent between the client and the server and alter it. However, you can teach without being a professional teacher, and you aren’t a singer just because you have sung. With this in mind, one can reason that cheaters do, to some extent, oversee the act of hacking, but that DOES NOT make them hackers in any sense. If anything, it makes their computers hackers…
At the moment, I’ve been training at Henesys, that’s where I left my character last time I played, so when I go on *like I got to yesterday.. yay* I am battling there.
