I quickly stopped Darry’s dagger with my Zard. As i pushed him back, Jenny hasted me and i ran so fast that even Darry couldn’t see me. But he found a way to bring me to my knees easily. Darry grabbed Jenny who was frozen with fear and i stopped immediatly.

“Heh what you gonna do now, eh Riku” he said

I am training in the outskirts of Ellinia with my trusty Zard. I decide to head back to the potion shop to rest up and restock.

“Fifty blue and twenty white potions please.” I asked the clerk.
“Okie dokie.” he replied.

Then a wounded Assassin wanders in. At that instant I run to stop her from falling to the floor.

“Get me those I potions i just ordered now!” I demanded as a rested her head in my arms.
“W-wh-who are you?” she asked
“My name is Riku, you are wounded so dont try to get up.”
“Oh i most apreciate it.” She tried to smile but the didnt have the energy to do so.
“Well you know my name, but i haven’t heard yours yet.”
“My name is Jenny, i was coming here from Henesys when a couple of golems wandered from the dungeon path and attacked me.” read more

Sasuki held my hand tightly as i brought her to the cabin. “What’s wrong?”I asked softly. “Please do not leave me anymore, Luke… You make me worried sick when you went to El Nath as u did not leave me a letter telling me where did you go.” she said shedding some tears. ” You meant that you love me from that time?” I asked surprised. “Err… I loved you from the start when i met you ,Luke.Love at first sight.” She answered softly. “Well, so did i.” I admitted. We both hugged each other.
Suddenly, i caught a glimpse of something coming towards us at a high speed.
“Do u see something, sasuki?”
“Huh? What do you expect me to see in the middle of the night?”
“That thing coming towards the boat.” i answered.
“Oh yea. That. OMG… What could be that!?” she whispered to me softly.
“Err.. well.. I don’t know… I seem to see something rowing that boat. OMG! Could that be the fighters!?” i said pointing at the people on the boat.”
“We are in trouble than.” she answered to me quietly.
The ship started to shake violently when the boat got closer. Than suddenly, a fighter came out of the side of the ship followed by a few companions. Than from the other side, another few fighters emerged , followed by Jock. “Now what?” i ask sasuki. “Beat’s me.” she answered. i stood up and equiped myself with my dark slain and also took out my steelies.
Jock walked towards me or should i say, Sasuki. “Touch one hair of sasuki and you are dead meat.”i said. “Chill man. I’m not going to do any harm to her.” he said and pushed me aside. I was starting to flare up inside. Pushing me aside as if i was nothing. I took out 2 steelies and did lucky 7 at Jock. The steelies was absoloutely useless against his strong armour. It hit it and fell to the ground with a *thud*. He turned around and faced me. “Looking for trouble eh?” He started walking to me with his weapon high up on his shoulder. Sasuki jumped in front of him and said,” Don’t hurt him!” ” I’m not going to listen to you for the first time sasuki.” he said and came towards me. i prepared another lucky 7 and aimed for his unprotected leg. I fired it and it hit but it didn’t seem to hurt him as he continued walking towards me even thought blood was coming out from his wound profusely. He got to me and swung the sword at me. i dodged nimbly and was going to fire several lucky 7’s at him when some fighters grabbed hold of my hand and i slipped. I fell to the ground and the fighters all took out their weapons and held it on top of my body. Their zards and lionfangs shone brilliantly in the moonlight. “Lukkkkee!!” Sasuki screamed as he dashed to me but Jock grabbed hole of her. The fighters used their weapons to cut a part of skin from my leg. I bit my mouth not to shout as they continued to torture me. “Lukkkeeeee!!! ” Sasuki continued screaming and struggled furiously in Jock’s strong grip. “Stop struggling. You said you felt safe in my hands but i guess you were just joking.” Jock said. ” I hate you for betraying me, Jock!!! I never feel safe in your hands anymore!! Not anymore!!” Sasuki screamed and kept struggling. I bared the pain and i only thought about saving sasuki. Suddenly , i remembered i got a sack! I took it from my pocket without the fighters noticing and i undid the strings around the sack. Jr chronos started coming out of it and it hit the fighters away. I got up painfully and walked towards Jock. “Not a bad move. You might become a tricky assasin when u grow up, Luke, but too bad. I’m going to destroy you right now.” Jock said calmly and charged at me with the sword going up. I was quite weak and did not manage to dodge. The sword hit me on the shoulder and it dug into my skin. ” Ergh..” i said and fell to the ground. Sasuki was free from Jock’s grip and she came running towards me.
” Are you all right, luke? Speak to me!!” she shook me and talked to me. I was very weak and was going to pass out. ” I’m sorry sasuki.. I did not manage to save you this time…” i whispered weakly to her and i passed out. The last thing i remembered was the fighters running towards me and sasuki with ropes in their hands. read more

I really am getting aggravated with seeing all these stories around that people submit and seriously thinking they’ll get praise for it.

So.. to put gently and avoid pain from not only you and your readers, here is some advice on how to get your story a bit… better.

1) Give it time.
Don’t rush yourself. A reader can tell when the author just rushed the story, or when he/she took time and effort into it.
Give yourself at least half an hour to produce a decent chapter of a series. If you take less time than that, then go proof read it, making a checklist of all of these steps. If you still have only sacrificed less than thirty minutes, then your chapter is painfully short, possibly suffering from lack of detail or story development. read more
