Lol, I might just end these stories soon. I’ll make some more soon! Well, I‘ve been too lazy to start on part two. I guess I should say PLEASE READ PREVIOUS PARTS TO UNDERSTAND WHAT’S GOING ON! Ok, I said it. Blog reads: 906, liked it: 11. Wow my fame has improved. One question though, why was my short suspense builder more popular than the regular stories?

M.A.S 2 Part 1

I looked overboard the fence.

“Two years since I got to level 35,” I thought “two years since the silver balrog incident. Two years since Rowen and Mike died.”
“Still wondering about your past?” My guildmate stepped next to me. It was common knowledge now about how I was the only survivor of the silver balrog incident. I became somewhat of a star. (author’s note: see M.A.S 1 part 5)
“Yeah, sometimes, I wonder if I could have ever saved the ship.”
“Look, it couldn’t be helped. You were level 8 back then, how could you have ever stopped Balrog’s kin?”

I walked back to the cabin. This conversation was depressing me. Inside the cabin, I looked around. They were serving lunch. I saw a few people, some strong, some weak. Two caught my eye. First, was a person with a cloak wrapped around his head. The next was a girl who seemed strangely familiar.

“Who’s she?” I asked my guildmate.
“You don’t know? She’s as famous as you are! She’s the Florina girl!” he replied.
“Florina girl?” I muttered.
“Yeah, she was found on the shore of Florina Island next to a dead body. Apparently, she can’t remember her past.”
“I’ve seen her before……”
“Hello, are you going to eat lunch?”

I jumped up, startled. The voice sounded so familiar….. I turned around. The voice belonged to the “Florina Girl”

“Yes, we were just talking for awhile. What you want our food?” my guildmate responded.

She laughed. “I wish, the S.S. Orbis forbids sharing of food.’

“Ohh….. so that’s why the waiter looks so mad…”
I looked, it was true. The waiter was glaring at us.

“Well I guess it’s lunchtime!”

Somehow, we turned eating into a race. I won…… After that, we played a game of omok. I was disturbed that I never won once. Luckily, only the Florina Girl was watching. Unluckily, I lost the bet.

“Fork over the cash,” my guild member said.
“……..” I took a sack of meso and handed it over to him.

Suddenly, the ship stopped. Everyone in the cabin fell over. I cursed. Some kid in his 10’s gasped, looking at me wide eyed.

“Haha, don’t you love their innocence?” my guildmate asked.

Everyone above level 30 went outside to find out the cause of the sudden stop. When we went outside, what we saw knocked the breath out of all of us. I cursed. Even worse this time. There was a strange, dark red aura surrounding the ship. What it was apparently held the ship from going any further.

“Does anyone know what THAT is?” someone asked.

I looked up. I saw a symbol in the air. A red heart with an H slashed into it! I recognized it right away. The hacker guild’s symbol…… I remembered everything that happened to me caused by the Hacker Guild. Rage started bubbling inside me. I heard a gasp. The “Florina Girl” was looking wide-eyed. She shook her head, as if she was trying to convince herself that she didn’t know what it was.
“The Hacker Guild…” muttered my guild member. The reason my guild, AdventofHeroes, knew so much was because our’s was the best informed of the Main Islands. Try having a bunch of wanderer’s in your guild that meet every month and see what you get. But why would the Florina Girl know about the infamous guild?
Realization suddenly rushed through me. No wonder the Florina Girl looked and sounded so familiar! She was Rowen!
We felt a gust of wind that knocked us off our feet. A silver mass showed itself in front of the ship.

“Hehe, what a pathectic ship. It would never last in a war. The engines are outside the sihip!” It was Silver Balrog!
