They are as fun as picking your skin with a knife. Clerics use alot of mp and once you have heal thats the only thing you are using for the rest of your life. All mages become repetitive so you want classes that show changes each lvl after 40+. Archers, sins, bandits, and all warriors receive better damage and snazzy abilities as they grow in their levels. I have had a mage. I had only ice maxed. Horrible mistake I was so bored I had to retire and quit for 3 months and go to crossbow, where I have started one character for every class that is lvl 15 so i can get a feel of every class.
, you are just extremely negative,
clerics can be boring, it is true that we mostly use heal to kill stuff, but dont sins use l7, bowman ds and warriors sb. everyone is repetitive for training. but if all you care for is money you will get bored easily. i became one for the great party skills and awsome third job skills. no mage can touch us after third job RAWR
Its not mostly about the money, I was just metioning that money was no problem =)
lol money IS NO PROBLEM my friend as a lvl 40 cleric was already at 10 mil+ ^^ so they are great, and of course, they are fun because having lots of money IS fun
omg I get such good deals on basil, im getting an average red starlight for 85k lawl
u can get red starlight through a quest, the price dropped dramatically but still gratz on the buy
I am not being extremly negative. I’m being extremly true, when warriors/bowman get final attack, or the fun abilties (rage, hyper body, booster, soul arrow) you notice slight differences from 5 levels before. Mage once they master one move, it’s going to stay in the damage range for more then 5 lvls. I just like constant change to keep me entertained.
then you must have a very small attention span,
Well, it depends on how you’ve been playing prior to making the 2nd job advancement. If you’ve made it pretty far on your own, then it’ll be a bit of ‘more of the same’ for a while; probably until you become a Priest. However, with a maxed Heal at your disposal, it allows you to train on the undead pretty well and meet people along the way.
Just have fun travelling around and soon, you’ll be making money. There’s always a constant stream of players coming into Maple and you can hunt Zombie Lupins to get Cursed Dolls, which equals money. Be patient and the rewards will come through.
Its pretty much like training on my own, but my friend who is a lvl 30 I/L with the first point in lightening is gonna party with me sumtimes =D
btw wen we party, where should we train?
Us clerics can train anywhere in a party, just soloing that has to be done right,
Since you both have recently made the 2nd job advancement, you guys should stick to Boars, Fire Boars or Evil Eyes for another 2-3 levels or so. I would give more detailed advice, but at around that time, I just stuck to what I could kill in one or 2 hits. That’s as effective as it gets. When I get a little further, then I’ll probably write a Cleric Guide.
look at this training plan and c if its good:
lvl 30-37: zombie mushrooms
lvl 37-45: chronos
lvl 45-52: platoon chronos
lvl 52-56: zombie lupins
lvl 56-70: coolie zombies
btw this is for soloing, I will train with my i/l friend sumtimes 2
