i encounter a 7x hermit telling me to leave “his” map , it was in the red little kittie place look at the pic, in the end “he” left because he was a nut ^^

    I would’ve made him use correct enlgish (Change channels please.) with a capital and a period, then left. Honestly I am laughing right now, but I’m laughing at you. those jr kitty maps are quite small, even for me at level 4X. a level 7X hermit can definitely cover them alone. you really should have moved.

  9. I’m on the hermit’s side here. “Cc please” is pretty polite, and a 7x hermit can easily take that whole map. You’re kinda a jerk for not leaving him alone.

  10. What the. I disagree with everyone who sides the Hermit or condone the use of “cc pls!”. If someone is intruding on my map if there is space I will share. Hello, respawns faster? If no space i would never say cc pls. I would say “Its full, no space for you.”

    I hate cc pls- users. The map doesn’t belong to you.

  14. On a small map I have no problem with someone asking to change channels. On a decent sized map with clear areas for more than one person to train, thats a whole other story. I had a similar issue on the map with the purple maned “kitties”. I refused to change channels and stuck to one of the platforms. They eventually left when I refused to join thier guild several times over.

  15. im here to stand up for hermits, cuz my maple brother is a hermit and sometimes high levels need to train as they train faster than most of you people. Sometimes givining them alittle space is needed. You were lucky he didn’t send a ks war at u. my maple dad is lvl 108 and if someone pisses me or him off like hell, he sends ks wars which are freakin annoying so i would rather just leave. Not saying what you did was wrong but be more considerate. he let you have that map, not lose to you. if he wanted, he could have stayed there and waste his time ksing you,

  16. Let me start of by saying that I have a spearman and I have no ties to any class.

    The hermit, though rude, did have a point. “cc please” isn’t the most polite way of saying it, I mean, I don’t change channels if someone asks me like that. The map can’t efficiently hold more than 1~2 people, and him being a hermit made it so only he could have that map. Now, you were also extremely rude. If you entered my map and acted like you did with the hermit, you would never get the map (not that you would anyway, but if you were polite I’d tell you when I was leaving).

    The hermit also had no right calling you names, thats downright rude. Even so, I would not have stooped down to his level. I always keep my cool, since losing it is never the best way to solve conflicts. And he was there first, so you could have said “Say the whole thing and I will.”, make it clear that you don’t like acronyms and will only leave if asked to leave in a proper way.

    And, it was “his” map. If you’re an experienced player, you know the unwritten rules of map possession. If you’re there first, it’s your map, anyone who comes after you is obliged to leave or ask to share (if the map is small, like the kitty maps).

    And the ks war thing (angelwitwing). No map is worth a ks war, if they want to waste time and call their friends, I’m finding another map. I’m not losing exp for a stupid spot.

    uhm, Obviously you’ve never trained at Hot Sands and The Gardens. No matter how many people are in those maps, the spawn can only handle one person if they are above lvl 70. I never use cc plz, I actually say “sorry, but can you please change channels?”. And, I stated above the map possession rules, if you choose not to follow them, tell me your IGN and I’ll show you what it’s like to be on the recieving end of a map invasion.

  19. Thank you, LightDark. I agree mostly with what you said. The only thing I have an issue with is that sometimes it’s impossible to type a full sentence without getting killed by a mob. Yes, I know that was a hermit but in circumstances where the gamer is training on something roughly around the same level, I would be willing to accept “cc pls” as opposed to “Could you please let me train here alone?”

    Anyway, I found the whole argument the xminx had with the hermit rather pointless. You’re just standing there arguing with him instead of finding another place to train, which I believe was your initial motive. He was training with the intention of leveling or getting special item drops until you came in, and then he stopped doing what he was doing. Not all that productive, ehh?

    CC please is NOT polite. Polite is “Could you CHANGE CHANNELS please?.
    I don’t like how either party dealt with the situation. It just shows how immature both of the sides are”

  24. Well this was funny lol also, that hermit is kinda a pain from what i saw here, I love ks wars although i lose like from eevry 3 wars. at least you got the map and maybe taught him a lesson. maybe he left because he didnt wanna fight.

  25. actually, i think if some one asks you to cc, you should do it out of just pure courtesy. it’s rude otherwise, and you dont know what they could/would do.

  26. I’m with the hermit, though he shouldn’t have insulted the main guy. In this case, the kitties don’t hurt the hermit too much, but when I’m at zombies, if I stay still too long to type out “could you change channels please” I DIE. I have to type cc please or something like that to not die. And if I go on a rope or something, that just wastes time. The 1st sin coming in intruded on the map, and like light said, it’s an unwritten rule that the 1st in a map “owns” it. A lot of maps can’t support more than one person, even if it’s more spawn.

    In the end, even though the cc-er might be rude, it doesn’t mean you should be.
