Just because someone’s banned doesn’t mean the name’s up for grabs. Heck, if that were true, there’d be some silly level 5 character running around with Tiger’s name. I believe they just make it so the account can’t be accessed, but all the names and stuff are still attached to the account.

the gms banned him. the gms can UN-ban him. right?
On the I think .26 patch they said All Users are Unbanned.
