~~~~~~A Dream~~~~~~
Her eyes were closed, and feeling light. The wind was weaving through her long, black hair. Maple Road was peaceful, not a sound to be heard. She spots her lover, but he was fading, his handsome features destroyed. All that was left was a bloody mess. He collapsed into her arms.
Her eyes were wide, fearful. He summoned the strength to stand up, touching her soft cheek. Brushing his lips against hers, he closed his eyes. Night was approaching, but there he remained. She stared into his eyes, but the brightness in them had disappeared. Suddenly, he began fading away.
“I love you…” he whispered.
With that, his body and soul had vanished.
Ashni sprung up, awakening from the dream. She shook her head, and then ended up with a headache. Glancing around, she remembered last night’s event. A stone dropped down her stomach. She got out of bed, and found that she was wearing her red sauna robe. Her soul was confused. Suddenly, she felt a hand gripping lightly on her shoulder.
“I am so sorry,” a coarse voice said. It was Kazuki, looking rough and unshaven. “Please forgive me. I was drunk.”
When she turned around, he looked into her eyes. They were filled with confusion. She gently pushed his hand away. Ashni shook her head once more and said, “I am confused, Kazuki. I want to be alone right now. I will move out and not bother you anymore.”
She stepped out the door and closed it. Kazuki sat down on the edge of the bed, with his hands on his face. With a flash, his sadness evolved to anger. This is all his fault, he thought.
A gentle knock sounded in Kohaku’s home. He stood up, and headed towards the door. It was Ashni, with all her stuff. His eyes widened with amazement. He helped her drag all her luggage in his house. When they were finished, he sat down with a sigh.
“Give me a kiss,” she demanded. Kohaku fell out of his chair. Has my hearing gone wrong? he thought.
Before he had time to respond, she pulled him up against her and kissed him full on the lips. It has been so long, he thought. He broke off and scratched his stubble.
“Is anything wrong?” he questioned.
Ashni flopped on the chair. With a heavy sigh, she said, “I don’t know, Kohaku. I don’t know.”
She went up close and whispered in his ear, “Tell me about my past…”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Kazuki grabbed out his wand and put on his armor. His anger controlled him. He slammed the door shut and teleported to Kohaku’s house. When he got there, his anger blazed. Ashni was asleep on Kohaku’s lap. Kazuki brok open the door and shot a Fire Arrow.
Kohaku pushed Ashni away from him and grabbed out his staff. “What do you want now?” he shouted.
“I just want the love of my life back!” Kazuki roared. He sent another arrow, hitting Kohaku’s arm.
Yet Kohaku showed no pain. He gritted his teeth and summoned a lighting bolt. “Just leave us alone! You were the one interfering!”
Kazuki knew that was the truth, but his blocked it out of his mind. Aiming precisely at Kohaku’s heart, he shot another Fire Arrow. Out of no where, Ashni jumped out in front of Kohaku and the Arrow hit them both.
Going down on his knees, Kazuki gasped and took in what had happened.
“I’m so sorry,” he whispered.

Epilogue
This is the story of my mistakes. Why must the world be this way and to be so cruel on me? She dropped out of nowhere, right into my arms. I have stared into her eyes many times, yet they have always confused me. Her eyes were dark; looking like something was concealed within them.
I look back now, the memories still haunting me. My mind was filled with regret and shame. I was a thief, a criminal of love. I stole their perfect relationship and brought them to their deaths. I have often looked up to the night sky, looking for their spirits.
“Forgive me,” I always whispered.
Love was always playing tricks on me, always tossing me aside. This problem I created is my eternal shame. This thing called love, I thought, Why does it have to be so complicated? All I wanted was someone to love, and that person to love me back. Is that too much to ask for?
After their deaths, I have visited their home, looking at the painful reminder of my great sins. A bright object catches my eye. I stepped into her room and spotted a book. Picking it up, I realized this was her diary. Her life was recorded. I opened the book and read it.
My face was stained with tears of grief as I closed the precious book. I continue my way down the hall, entering his room. To my amazement, he has also kept a diary. With these two books under my arm, I teleported home.
Opening my laptop, I decided to let the world know about their everlasting love, and hope they will learn to love and truly love. Combining these two life records and my own memories. I began typing:
Title: songs of a Confused Soul – Part 1
Maple Island is where it all began…
Author’s Note:
I hope you enjoyed reading this story. The next one, entitled, “Unnoticed Love,” is a true story. Even the character names are real. The only thing different is I had to modify the theme to MapleStory.
The true story is about me, and the person I love right now.
<3 Kevin Chow. I know I will never see you again, but I still love you. IMU

erm i meant that was okay, if its confusing you o.o

Nice job on yet another series windia
eh the last part had no song lyrics
Well, I must say that something really disturbed me: “The true story is about me, and the person I love right now.”
Do you mean that you fall in love so often with so many people that there is a “right now”? That is truly bothersome. Love is lasting, not fleeting. Perhaps you need to recognize if you really love someone in the first place or if you are just infatuated with them. You are cheapening the word “love.”
well, i only liked/still like Mr. Chow.
