Ive been playing maplestory since the beta days. i remeber i thought level 20 was “high”, and baseball caps were “pro”…
Ive always been a slow leveler which has caused me to lose “buddies” and such…
I never got drops and i was always really poor…
and i always took chances and risked alot because i figured: “well im not getting past level 35 anyway”
i got past level 35…
then i figured: “i wont get past level 40 anyway”
i got past 40…
then i noticed a pattern would start, which made me happy. now i know i may once get to use combo attack, and fight JrBarlog, own mushmom and the like.
all those years of thinking “im never gonna make it” i was wrong because now that i see this pattern occuring i finally feel like i can become something other than “that ‘noobie’ warrior”
And it feels good.
you will feel goldly when you pass lv 60, looks far away but closer than you think
, i lvled and everyone came your not a newb anymore, felt great 
I played beta. March 11th was my maple 1 year anniversary. I made a screwed up warrior on beta and I was noob =P Now I am 50 on Windia and =D
When I first started playing Maple, I never though I would even hit 40. Now here I am, level 50.
Just goes to show how much hard work can accomplish.

i never thought i can make it to lvl 25 with my archer. i didnt. it got hacked. i made a thief. at lvl 23.(same as my archer was)
i thought that i will never make it to lvl 30 but now its a lvl 32 sin. i couldnt get past lvl 32 cuz it got a little boring. then i made a mage. got to lvl 30 in a week. and thought i will never make it to lvl 35. i try anyway and now, i have a lvl 38 cleric in bera. now im aiming for lvl 40. 50%! Wish me liuck >.<( im so newby) T.T
May i mention that one of those goals are complete
