MapleStory (Korean:메이플 스토리 DS, working title) Nintendo DS version of the game MapleStory that is currently under development, with the Korean release date set for late 2007. MapleStory DS will be the third Nintendo DS game developed by a Korean company. The game was announced at E³ 2006, and is the first MMORPG announced for the DS. [1] [2] It is an adaptation of the PC version of the game and will include much of the same gameplay as the original with several new features as well[3].
We [are] interested in [the] characteristics and strategy [contents] of [the] Nintendo DS and decided to develop games for it, and we agreed on a large part of the plan with Nintendo.

On January 9 2007, in light of the official release of the Nintendo DS Lite in Korea, Nexon and the newly established Nintendo of Korea showcased Maple Story DS for the first time. Featuring many of the established features of the PC version, this exclusive version of the popular MMORPG will also sport all new features and content. The Korean version of the game will first be released in September of this year, complete with a special Nintendo DS Lite/MapleStory bundle release, with other territories including the US, Australia, Europe and Japan also planned.

But heck, my opinions usually fail.
EDIT: Okay after looking at the second clip, it doesn’t really seem that great compared to good ol’ computer
I agree, it’s scary.
I’ll have to buy this. It seems to be more like a platformer with Maplestory elements in it but I still want to try it out.
Kinda reminds me of that MapleStory flash game.
The commerical scares me, but I’m definately geting that DS game.
Then I won’t need internet to play <33
