It took a little less, but I’ll say it took a Month anywho..
Well, Since November 25th, 2007, I was officially a Broan Ranger. It was probably one of the proudest moments of my Maple Career. I had finally become a Ranger afterall, after a good 4 Months of training (Sept-Nov was the slow part xP).
Proud as I was, it never meant that I had to stop levelling xP. So guess what? as of Sunday December 22nd, I was level 80! Woo! go me xP
Hmm, now to think back.. People told me 70-80 was gonna be somewhat a breeze and some others told me it was going to be total hell. My personal opinion is that lvl 70-78 was easy. 79-80 was pure hell. Mostly it was because I was training at Hoodoos/Voodoos and the exp there was just a bit…well not too great. DTs would have seemed like a nice choice but I just didn’t have the funding for it.
You see, prior to leveling to 80, I spent 47mill on Arunds, and I was basically poor as poor could get..so nothing too costly for me.
The Arund was 32mill and an average Fire Arund. If it wasn’t for that one Fire Arund, it would have costed 40m. Money which I didn’t have (Spent about 10mill earlier on Arunds and another 3~4 on scrolls).. A Very costly day indeed.. But all in all, it was worth it.
Ok I’m lying it wasn’t, but at least I had my level 80 set done. You’d think that it would have been better to scroll one right? Well in Broa Arunds cost about 5~10 mill for one about 87 or 88 attack.. And to top it off, I had to either buy or self-scroll an Arund better than an 97 attack Golden Hinkel. That was enough of a problem/challenge xP
After hitting 80 guess what?!
I got bored again xP I’m sticking to this Arund till I get my very own Zakum Helm and let that be what increases my “Str” so that I may be able to weild the lvl 90 Bow. The sexy Metus <3 (Nisrocks come later xP)
====Good time to think back!====
Well, ever since I was lvl 40, I never thought I’d get to lvl 70. Honestly, I wasn’t much of a determined guy for this type of stuff. Levelling 1 character past 3rd job even After I’ve had 1 character after 3rd job just seemed like a waste. But in the end, 2 things did happen.
1) I did waste my time
2) I ended up levelling to 70, and even 80 in a Month.
I’m pretty happy, don’tcha think? Yeah maybe, but 4th job isn’t much of a motivation in my opinion. Not unless you’re 11x right now, but heck even then. I’m not sure people are willng to grind night and day for it. Too much of a hasstle, that’s what I think. Pace yourself right? however it’d be wrong for me to say that because I did 10 levels in a Month…
Well, anywho for hitting 80 I did myself a great favor.
(Logs off and sleeps)
Best thing ever. Sleep. Gotta love it.
Well, thanks for reading.
Levelling isn’t difficult, if you put your mind to it anyways..
You play to much !
I enjoyed reading though so I’ll add the ‘I liked it!’
I took nearly two years to get to Ranger. >>;
Anywho. Hello thar, smexeh Ranger ~
It took me 2.5 years to get to Priest!
No, it’s weither or not you have the time attention span and motivation to train. Along with Double EXP cards to help out.
Actually, I’ve only had x2 exp since lvl 76 or so. And even with x2 exp, I always ended up having to gain the last 50% or so myself xP
