The following are a few ways to stay safe in MS. If you are not 18+ you should not read what your about too read.

1. NEVER give out your log-in name. Your log-in name is different than your character names for a REASON. No one can guess your password if they don’t know your log-in name.

2. NEVER give out your password. Some of you have a login name that is something you use elsewhere, like an IM screen name, or an email. For this reason, it is STILL not safe to give out your password.

3. GMs will NOT ask you for items/passwords. They do not care about items, and they already KNOW your passwords. NEVER trust anyone that says they are a GM. (Unless they are talking to you in BLUE letters)

4. NEVER drop anything you can’t afford to lose. No one will give your stuff back. There is no way to clone or duplicate items.

4.5 NEVER CLICK TRADE UNLESS YOU AGREE TO THE TRADE. Unless, you like to give your things away for cheap/free.

5. DO RESEARCH before buying/selling things. White Bandanas are junk, whereas Black Bandanas will fetch a pretty good price. KNOW THE DIFFERENCE.

6. DO NOT DOWNLOAD HACKS/TRAINERS. Many MANY of them contain trojans that will give the person that sent it to you access to your computers. This does not only effect MS, but possibly everything ELSE you do on that computer. (Including online banking)

7. BUY AND SELL/TRADE FAME AT YOUR OWN RISK! Fame goes for about 4k, but some will ask for 5k, and some 3k. (I have even seen it go for 2k before.) The rule of thumb I use is this.. Unless the person I am dealing with has 20+ fame, I do not trade first. This is not fool proof, but I have not been scammed when trading fame in this manner. If I am buying fame, I -never- give money first unless they have more fame than me. (I have about 64 at the time of this writing.) When selling fame, I treat it the same as trading fame, and I only sell to people with 20+ fame.

8. Tab Tab Space Enter. If you are asked to do this in a trade window, don’t do it. All it is going to do is bring up the trade confirm window and by hitting enter you are actually agreeing to trade. This is not a way to Price Check.

9. Don’t listen to the megaphone things people say bout selling ilbis 1 mil and stuff its a fake.

10. Never fall for th quitting ms follo for free items thing it usually happens in kerning the ultra scam place.

11.Never take maple drugs there are some few drugs given out by a person is ludi which gms will go and ban her I think its a her well they’ll ban her ass off ( can u even ban a npc o_O)
