Now that I have your attention, I’d like to bring up an issue
First part: For the Intelligent people.
I’m absolutly furious with the stories on this site. They simply suck. 99% are direct translations of Maplestory put into words, most recent that I’ve seen is the CRAZY amount of likes for ‘Session x0x’ Over 60 is the average. Why? I’ve the same question. Heres an example of it. ‘I used haste and jumped away. But now he started attacking person 2. I made up avengers and threw it at him. He fell to the ground and person 2 ran away. I made up another avenger and threw it at his face. He stood up so it missed. I used booster, and started throwing fast stars, the all…’ I can’t even write it anymore. AnbuNinja is my target, and a good target it is. Flame me all the F you want, because I simply do not care anymore. I’ll use this site for what it is, Blogs about your MMO day. I don’t care what you do.
Part 2: For the idiots (90% of the site)

well what i hate about this site is that half of it is just worthless storys that suck. IT makes me mad. I came on this site first to read some stuff a friend wrote and i thought this would be a good place to share my thoughts about stupid things u know? but now this site is used for dumb storys, dumb monster edits and fricking flame wars. God i wish this site had more things that r about stuff that people can help u with or intelligent thoughts on issues of maple.

yknow im wondering why ur so good at dumb. OH WELL. Ur right MOST of the stories here do suck. but session x0x and maple academy x0x/x00x are good stories. you just have to read them from the beginning. good luck with finding good blogs here (crappy zakum edit made me laugh xD)

There are some good stories with immpeccable grammar and good plot as well, check out SilverFx’s Aurora’s Redemption and AznRiceFan’s Tales of a Lost Phemone / Tales of a Lost World.

Agreed, BUT I’m not adressing those, am I? Im mainly depressed at how popular AnbuNinjas blogs are, compared to the quality in them.
I must agree in some cases, you’re toatally right, and though there are *some* good stories, and *MANY* bad ones (I won’t name which is which), you don’t have to be so direct, because you’re asking to be flamed. Overall, I must say you’re skilled in the art of flaming at the very least, but watching from the sidelines, I can’t help but say “harsh”, that was definetly a singeing assault.
And, though I’m guilty of story writing myself, and do try my best to strive for readable grammar, if not great formatting; I must say I would like to see more blogs too, keep an even ratio mebbe? How about this; let’s all try to write a blog for every story we right, and bring the MMO back to MMOTales, eh? Anyway, I’ll do my part when I return from my long busyness that is school, but that is my suggestion.

i can see you have some agner, and opinions, and i get respect that. What i dont respect is the fact that you are picking on one story. If people happen to like that story, that’s their opinion. And Anbuninja can write w.e he wants. There is no rule saying a MMO-based story is not allowed. You can acually write about the eff you want, and no one can stop you. It’s the internet. Face it. There is always going to crap around, but you have to learn to suck iot up. If you dont like the site, best thing to do is to leave.
Let’s take a look at sirsolo’s sentences: “I sat in a wooden chair, and there was a plastic desk in front of me, which held the light, so carelessly pointed into my face.”
Now class, what do we have here? Yes Jimmy, that’s right, a run on sentence with about five thousand more commas than needed. Let’s try to revise it: I sat in a wooden chair, a desk in front of me. On the desk stood a light that had been so kindly pointed so that it shined into my face.
Note: How can you point into someone’s face, are you breaking their face in two with the point of a finger O.o? You can shine something into someone’s face, but it’s kinda hard to point into someone’s face.
The Moral: Don’t go knocking other people’s writing skills when your skills need work as well.
