After spending the greater part of six days resting in the hospital, I learned some information about my whereabouts. I was located at a mondernised metropolis by the name of Kerning. Skyscapers cut throught the smoggy clouds, and almsot everything was made of concrete and bricks. The greater forces in thie city was a theif guild. They controled alot of the town and terrorised alot of the other towns. I was very interested in this guild and decided to seek them out when I could.

I learned nothing of the cloak, thought I spent countless hours studying it. I was let free from the hospital on the seventh day, and began roaming the city with nothing more then my clothing, my wooden top and my brothers cloak. The city was always busy, night or day, frolliking with people. It was hard to make my way around it. There were merchant shops everywhere. A man named Mong, who sat upon a ledge above a door, beckoned me closer. Since I knew not what else to do, I came.

“Do you know what lies in here little man?” I shook my head, signaling that I knew not. “The Dark Lord. Leader of the theif guild. He’ll probably want to speak to you, seeing as you’re the sole surviver of the boat crash.” So people knew about it. “What happened to the boat? Did you see it?” I asked, exitedly. “Naw, I personally didn’t see it, But I’m sure the Dark Lord did. Just step inside.

I did so, creeping through the door. It was dark, minus a neon sign at the end of the hallway. There was a bar, unlit. I knew not what to do but go to the end of the hallway, grabing the cloak like life support. The red neon sign turned out to be an arrow. Starting from the left side, going a short while and pointing down. I looked at it, confused, and decided to step forward and examin what it might mean. Big mistake. As I steped forward, a trapdoor opened underneath me. I tried to grab a surface but my hands slid away. As I fell, the trapdoor closed, and I was shrouded, yet again in…
