Btw, i’m not a very good writer, but i wanted to share this experience.
If you see someone who needs help, help them. It’s usually helpful to you in the end:
When i was lvl 15, i was going around henesys. I was heading to get my composite bow, when i met this lvl 11 Beginner. He was looking around, trying to find how to become a bowman, but he couldn’t get any help. I showed him where to go, and told him what he needed to know as a bowman. He thanked me, and i left.
A few months later, when i was almost lvl 20 (i quit MS for a while), he found me. He was a lvl 29 archer! He buddyed me, and now, he’s my best buddy on bera. I even ended up buddying his sister, and Dad. Now, my archer’s lvl 27. His Hunter is lvl 42! And he’s been really nice to me too.
Sorry if this was boring. But always be nice to people!
Of course; we just have a problem with people who *only* beg and take advantage of the people who help.
I second the above.
Helping people out is a good way to make friends~
I like to help people with questions and general game information, but rarely with items. An exception would be if someone was hunting for quest items on the same map I was and wanted help getting the rest of the items– I would be glad to help them because they are at least putting forth effort. But I have little sympathy for people in the towns begging for money and giving into them often triggers the give-a-mouse-a-cookie plot.
Just my two cents X3
Exactly my point. If I have an item overflow where I have more than I need, I’ll happily give them away; but most of them are just leaching off us higher levels.
Yeah, at 1 point, i was in a hurry, and there was a cleric dressed as a noob. He asked for 1k, and, not noticing his lvl, i gave it and kept going. then i saw him teleport. I hate people like that.
amen! that is really true. jsut help peopel instead of the famous “stfu noob” or the “go away”. it is great that u help them u know . i mean you just might get a good friend ^^
