Server hopping

In the Ludi PQ, you have plenty of time to think. Recently I have begun thinking of what will happen after the 6th server comes out. I guess I’ll have to tell you a few things first before you can understand.

Well you see, I’ve never thought of myself as a server hopper. One who switches to the new server whenever it comes out. However, I did start on Day 1 of Khaini, and made many friends who were like that. I shall not name any names.

One of them, call him Ace, I met at bubblings at level 16. Ace was a server hopper, and I find it hilarious how he never really stuck to one character. He powerleveled his ice/lit mage on Windia to 55, started over with a bandit, which he powerleveled to 49 or something. Then he waits for Khaini, starts a sin and powerlevels to 51. Then he gets bored and makes another mage while he waits for the 6th server. Where he is now, I have no idea.

My second friend from those early days (let’s call him Josh) I met in the Kerning PQ. I joined his guild, and in that guild was another friend of his (call him Sam). Well, Josh is now level 79 (and rarely ever speaks to the guild), but he still wants to server hop -_- he and Sam are going to the 6th server and leaving our guild to a Jr. Master (call him Bob).

So, onto the thoughts. I’ve decided to make a low-heal cleric sometime. Only problem is, I don’t feel like starting again on Khaini. I’m thinking of following Josh, Sam, and Ace to the 6th server. It’s actually mad fun to start a low level again and know that you’re still considered a “high level” in the world. I won’t be able to experience that again if I stay on one server. But if I hop, I’ll never become a high level. Another thing to take into consideration is, if I’m not active in Khaini, Bob will expel me from the guild for sure. And if I split my time, there won’t be much point in server hopping because I will be too low-leveled.

This is really a strange situation because half the people I know are staying and half the people are going. I guess I’ll go where my heart leads me xD

  3. Hey, but if you’re a server hopper, How does it matter to you if you’re taken out of a guild on one of your previous characters? I mean, if you’re going on a new one, why matter about that one if you’re supposedly not going back?

  5. KEEP ON TRAINING HARDCORE! until 6th server comes, if u r not happy with the high level, then keep training until u ARE, then hop servers,

  6. To make sure your friends are still alive back there, try getting some email addresses. Ask them their plans for the future, if you don’t know their other server’s username.
