What is it with some people? Gyaaa~ I decided to play my mage for a little bit and try and get her to lvl 40 (she’s lvl 37). As soon as I login and this merc sees the damage I do to captain totemia, he parties me and then buddies me. So I oblige, thinking what the hey, maybe I can get more exp and lvl faster, and possibly made a new friend. Not so.
I did pretty much all the work, he only came in at the last second to kill the mob and steal the drops. What a poohead. So I suggest we each fight our own mobs, and the party would lvl up fast. He agreed to this idea but kept dying. Finally he died, logged out for awhile, and signed on again. He never came back to the capt. totemia area, and hasn’t said a word to me. I’m the leader of the party now since he was gone for so long. I’ll give it back if he wants, or if I sign off, whichever happens first.
Then, there’s the people who beg for buffs. I’m used to it, but it still annoys me. “Buff!” “Buff me!” “hey you, can buff me pl0x?” . . . nonstop. Then when you do buff them and stay in the area for a little while, they run back to you to do it all over again. What do they think, that we assists have endless mp that regens over and over? No, we don’t. We need to stop, take a break, buy tons of refreshers… and no, those little first refreshers that you give us in return for buffs are not appreciated!
Lol. They barely restore mp, we could have sat down and restore more mp than those refreshers give. If you really wanna be nice, give us fiths. Or even eighths (salivates at the thought of a 99 stack of eighth refreshers~).
Sooo. . . there’s my rant about people for today.
edit: It’s not all bad, though. I just had a lvl 25 mage fly by, see my damage, fly down and ask me what level I was. I told him and he goes, “Wow.” Hehe. It’s nice when you can make someone amazed or inspired to train more so they can reach your level. I look at 60+ psykeepers all the time and think, “if I could only reach that level and be like them…”
And that guy came back. Said he’d been in the duel arena. Well gee, thanks for telling me. Lol.
