Chapter 3: The 10 year time skip
10 years have passed since me, April, Rich parted ways. I stood at the edge of the Sharp cliffs; a body of a Dark Yeti lied at my feet. I was famous around El Nath. People would stop in the streets just to talk with me. About 8 years back, I saved the town Chief from a Dark Yeti and Pepe and he thanked me by offering to upgrade my Dark crusader Chain mail. Ever since then, people would always talk about me when I’m in town. It was irritating at first but I got over it.

Now, I was a Spearman lashing away at Dark yetis with my Skylar pole arm. After a few more kills I decided I was ready. I was headed back to town to become a Dragon knight.

It was around noon so I decided I had plenty of time. I walked back to El Nath with ease. When I got back I headed into the market place first. I found someone selling a Scrolled +7 Redemption Spear for only 2.5 M. I decided to buy it and since I was rich I was going to Npc my Skylar until I saw someone buying a scrolled Skylar for 1.5 M. It was my lucky day!

After I finished in the market I went out to town and headed for the Chief’s Residence.
As soon as I entered I felt a wave of power I never experienced before. The aura coming from the 3rd job instructors was strong enough to nearly bring me down to my knees.

“Hello young one, you’d come right on cue. I gazed up and saw that the voice has come from Tylus, the Swords master.

“Hey Tylus, if you said what I think you said then you predicted that I was going to come right now? Tylus gave me a frown and said “Of course, I could feel your powers from a mile away. I was a bit baffled at the thought that he could literally track me down from far away until I remembered what I came here for.

“Tylus!” I said in a proud voice. “I want to become your pupil and train as a Dragon Knight.” As I waited for an reply he just laughed and answered “Of course, that’s my job, to train skilled warriors to use their powers at their greatest potential.

I felt like I was king of the world that he accepted me until…………”But, in order to receive your title as Dragon Knight you must prove yourself in a test. I gave a proud look and already knew that their was a catch. “You must prove yourself in a test of skill and knowledge.

“Now young Jake, go forth to the Door of Dimensions and rid the cavern of the Wiseman of Perion. I wasn’t surprised about the fact I had to fight Dances with Balrogs but I was worried about the knowledge part. I wasn’t too good in school after all.

When I embarked on my next quest I was stopped by two people around my height.
I glanced up to see who it was. “Hey Jake you start the test yet?”
