A few days later my senses were restoring. I could move my fingers a little. A few hours later, got up. I was sleeping in a room.

‘What happened?…’ I thought. I looked around. ‘Is this….. Kate’s room?’

I looked at my chest. It was bandaged and so were my hands because I was gripping the Kumbis too hard. I was still tired and half asleep. Whenever I breathe, my chest aches. It was very hard to move around to. I thought it’d be easy if I just stay in bed.

A few hours later, my eyes opened very slowly. This time Kate was in the room.

She cried, “Ryan! You’re alive! Thank god!” She looked really happy.

“W-what happened…?” I asked slowly since it was hard to talk.

“You were damaged from that battle… So I took you here to rest.” She came with a warm liquid and began to pour in my mouth.

It was warm water. It soothed down my throut (that’s how you spell it right??? o_O).

“I think it’s best for you to stay in bed for the next few days. Your condision is still bad.” She said.

I tried to get up, “I’m fine….” I said clearly.

She stopped me by placing me down the bed, “You’ll get hurt..”

I made a weak smile, “It’s ok, I can still walk”

She looked at me as I stood up, hoping that I wouldn’t ‘get hurt’.

I was stretching for a few mintues and then I was good as new. I moved around the room a couple of times.

“So is this your room?” I asked.

“Yea, It’s my house. I live by myself.” She replied.

I wanted to ask about her parents but that would be rude.

“Who were those men in the black cloaks?” I asked.

She tried to change the subject, “Hey we should go out to eat! The resteraunts in Henesys are really good!”

I assumed that she didn’t want to tell me, “Umm ok… What time is it now?”

“It’s 1:30 PM. Let’s go at 3:50 ok? Meet me in the Mushroom Cafe.” She smiled.

I smiled back. And then as I got dressed formally, I went outside to catch some fresh air. I wondered who was that blue haired boy. He saved my life twice so far and I didn’t get to catch his name. I was walking around musroom park, where townspeople were walking their pets. I whistled through the air and enjoyed the weather. Then behind the statue, I saw the same black haired girl. She had pale skin. Was she happy or sad? I began to walk towards her. But then she dissapeared. ‘Who was that girl? Why do I keep on seeing her? Am I…. crazy…?’ I began kicking the grass on the field. I looked at my watch. It was already 3:45. ‘OMG IM LATE!’ I rushed to the Mushroom Cafe.Kate was already there. I was embarrassed, “Sorry I’m late, it slipped my mind..”

Kate Smiled, “It’s ok.”

We ordered 1 Pizza, 1 Salad, and 2 Sodas.

As we were waiting for our food I asked Kate, “So who was that blue haired boy?”

“Oh,” Kate looked at me, “That’s Alex. He doesn’t like to talk though.”

“He must be really strong.” I said.

“Yea, He’s been hanging around Henesys for years ever since he was a little boy. He was saving the town from monsters. It’s like his job or something.”

A Few minutes passed.

Kate looked at me. Then she began to blush, “Ryan…”

I looked at her, “Yea?” Her cute face made me blush too.

“I… I like you.” She said in an embarrasing way, “In fact I think I lov–“

Our food came. The waiter gave me the pizza and gave Kate the Salad. I knew what Kate was gonna say, I stared at my pizza and began to take small bites out of it.

“So did you pass your test?” Kate asked.

“Yea, I’m an assasin now!” I smiled.

“Congrats! I’m so happy for you!” She smiled. A few mintues past. “Ryan……” Kate said quietly.

My face was red. So was Kate’s.

After our meal, it was already dark. I looked at the stars. Kate asked me, “Are you SURE you have a place to stay?”

“Heh heh… not really…” I looked at the grass.

Kate laughed, “you should have said so in the first place! You can stay in my house.”

“thanks….” I said quietly.

We were in bed, (NOT THAT KIND OF BED YOU PERVES >_>) since there was only one bed in the house. It was really late. I was still awake. I couldn’t sleep. I looked at Kate. It looks like as if she’s dead asleep. I counted up to 10 just to make sure. Then I moved closer to her face. Very slowly, bit by bit. Then I gave her a small kiss on the lips. Ruby eyes looked at me. They weren’t sad, angry or surprised. Instead, a smile looked at me. “I love you Ryan.” she whispered.

Small notes: When I wrote ‘We were in bed’ It WASN’T because they wanted to F each other. There was only one bed in the house and no, they were hugging or doing crap in the bed. Just kissing o_O. Well sorry that there were no action in this chapter but hey, I’m running out of ideas! T^T
