When I turned around, a girl with gorgeous red hair looked at me.

She said, “You’re that boy… who saved us all.” She said.

“Can I help you?” I asked nervously.

“You must be a traveler because we never saw you before.” She smiled.

Her smile made me sweat, “Well yea, I’m just hanging around here to make myself stronger.”

“You have a place to stay?” The girl asked.

I didn’t want to look like a fool or a hobo so I lied, “Of course I do.”

“Oh.. Ok then cya around!” She smiled again. Then she walked away. “By the way, My name’s Kate!”

Hours passed, It was around midnight. I had no where to sleep except the wet grass. I looked at the night sky. The stars were beautiful. Then someone went out of the mushroom house i was laying by.

“Hey what’chya doing?” It was Kate. I was comepletly shocked and embarrased.

“Umm, since it’s midnight, I always stare at the stars outside.” I said.

She smiled and asked “Can I join you?”

My whole face was red, of course I didn’t want to be rude so I calmly said “Sure.”

Kate layed down next to me and started to look at the stars. She quietly said “They’re so beautiful…”

We stood there for awhile, staring at the stars. Then she fell asleep. I looked at her and smiled. It was long ever since I had someone to talk to. Then I was falling asleep. But then something woke me up… The ground was shaking…. Could it be another mushmom? I asked myself. As I got up, I accidently woke up KAte

“What is it?” she said half-asleep.

“I think it’s another monster” I alarmed.

Kate got up and looked at the open field. She stared at it for about a minute. “What should we do?” She asked.

I ran to the field, carrying my Meba Claw And My Subi Throwing stars. As I was running, I put the Claw in my hands and the stars in my bag. I ran closer.

As I got there, I noticed it wasn’t mushmom. It was a Stone Golem… Something that’s over 10 times my height. I looked at it telling myself if this was easier than the mushmom. My guess was no. But since it was an open field, there were no trees around to chop down. I had to face it alone.

But then a boy with blue hair came up and slashed it in one blow.
I looked at him amazingly. He was carrying a zard and helding on his bamboo hat. “Don’t underestimate these guys. They’re pretty hard for me, msyelf.” He walked away.

I was still shaking… As the boy passed me I asked, “What’s your name?”

The boy called, “My name has no importance.” Then he faded away.

A few minutes later, the sun rised. Kate called “Hey! Are you ok?”

I waved back. Then I ran towards her.

“It’s funny, all this time I don’t even know your name…” She said.

I smiled, “Name’s Ryan”

She smiled back, “So what was that thing?”

“It was nothing.” I was still thinking about that boy…

Right now I felt stronger as usual. Ever since I killed taht mushmom. Then I decided to go to Kerning City again to meet up with the dark lord.

“Be back very soon!” Kate called.
