Unfairness…

We have alot of famous people in MMOtales. But there are mainly two I want to talk about:

1)Waffle
2)fpooned(a.k.a. The Ninja)

Ok. Each of thse blogs wre wrote by one of them. Now imagine they were ritten by someone else, someone not famous, someone kind of like….me!=D
Ok now read the blogs again.
Now answer truthfully.
“Would you click the ‘I like it Button’?”
You probably wouldn’t. But why would you press it when it was written by someone famous? Why would me or someone else not famous writing it make any diffrence? Yet you find alot of random blogs by both and see they have like 2x ” I likes”.
Doesn’t it seem a little unfair? fpooned or Waffle can probably make a blog about killing a snail and get at least enough “I Likes” to make the front page. But if I wrote something like that I’d probably get people telling me the blog is pointless or telling me it’s spam.
I think people should just press ” I like It” f they truely like it and not just because it was by someone famous.
Ok that’s all I want to say…

NOTE:
fpooned and Waffle I did not make this because I hate you. It’s just that its kind of unfair. And please note this does not Only apply to you but couldn’t think of anyone else.
Anyway if you feel offended or think I’m a noob then just tell me so and I’ll delete this blog in a flash.

To everyone else.
All comments are welcome, either mean or nice.

P.S. Almost done with last chapter of “Blitz & Me”
Will hopefully post it sometimes this weekend although probably not because I spend weekends playing cuz I can’t on weekdays…

  1. i understand completely where you were coming from

i myself wondered if my blogs were that great or i was getting likes because i was:

    “The Waffle-Guy”

i think a better example should be used however

*edit: by better example i mean one of my even worse blogs*

  2. forgot to mention

yeah i only like things that i think are over the top good

    or entertain me ALOT

and i refuse to like any youtube vids not related to MMO’s no matter how funny they are

cept my friends like aliyah, guru, olev, and ninja

  3. I (sorta) agree. I feel that a lot of times, the reason I don’t get likes is because I’m not well known or anything. >.>

  4. Guruji said: “@ Waffle: You also refuse to like anything hacker or private server related xP”

    true

  5. Two things:

    1. Realize how we got here.

    2. The Ninja has some with only one like. It’s mainly ’cause a good deal of the stuff the Ninja writes seems to appeal to you guys. O-o

    *shrug*

  6. Hmm interesting. I kind of agree and I kind of like how waffle thought about that. Waffle that’s a good job.

  7. I agree. But even though we are not famous, some people do click “I like” because they are famous. Waffle’s blogs are quite good so there is no reason for him not to get liked.

  8. Mmm.
You have to realize there are so many different types of people out there.

There are the people that protect their friends. They’re there for them.
Said users have a certain personality, a certain way they compell people to like them, and because of how unique they are, those people gain strong friends quickly and easily. They’ve learned to create and tell and epic rather than compile facts into a story.
I have to admit that I’m there for my friends.

I would probably say that’s how those users get their fans. People like them. It’s as simple as that.

Then there are people like you, who want equality in distribution of likes.

You have to understand that there are people out there like the former group I mentioned.
It’s not a wrong way to get friends. It really isn’t.
It’s just a different method and all is justified.

(I really don’t think this made sense, so apologies)

  9. yea what zacks said xD
the only “i like” i got was from The Ninja xP (i think on accident too o_o)
