i need help with maplestory!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need help playing maplestory. I have it downloaded, but it wont work. I double-click on the icon, and then game-gaurd shows up. Then the computer screen goes black like its soposed to. Then its should go to the maplestory screen right?
well, it does turn black, but then it goes back to my computer screen. When it goes back, it says “connection to the server has ended. Please try again later.” But i do try it later. I even restart my computer. Even when my computer is turned of over night, the next day i try it, but the same exact thing happens. In fact, i’ve been trying it for 3 weeks. Every single time it goes black then back to my computer screen, and says “connection to the server has ended. Please try again later.” I loved playing maplestory. i havent played for a long time cuz i was busy. So PLEASE HELP ME. thank you. I realy hope some1 can help me with my problem.

  3. Well, my computer did work before. I was able to play but now i can’t. But i might know the problem. Do u know if like u swich to a diffrent internet provider, that it may not work. Cuz i had comcast before, but then i swicthed to WOW!, so i’m nnot sure if thats the problem. Cuz i THINk the last time i played was when i had comcast, but im not sure. Oh and what do u mean when u say ” either that” help me if u can.

  4. Sometimes, you might have a firewall blocking your connection from your computer to Wizet/Gameguard, in this case, probably Wizet.

    All you have to do is find your firewall and make an exception for Maplestory.

  5. well. I had firewall before, and i was able to play. And i see game-gaurd thing pop up. then it goes black like its sopose to. but then it does not go to the maplestory scrren, but it goes back to my compueter screen and u know the rest. but i will try doing that firewall thig. but i have 1 problem where do u go to make it accept it?
