Oh joy!

Well, good an bad things have happened today…when i first stepped out of Kerning city to kill some octopi for Nella (my employers are so strange) and the place had no octopi, only candles.

CANDLES.

They’re adorable, absolutely cute, but I despise them, they dodge my arrows like it’s an easy task, and I arrows I waste. Oh well, I am still in training. Mayhaps one day, I will be able to hold my head high in pride, knowing taht I’m one of the best crosbow weilders in all of Victoria Island. And who knows? maybe my renown will reach other places as well.

But with each bolt I shoot, with each monster heart I pierce, I get ever closer to being able to see my dear sister again, and maybe, just maybe, she’ll be proud of me.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention, I found a box wrapped in red paper today. I could not open it, as it was sealed by some trange force, but when I took it to one of the messengers of the Gods, I was able to get it opened and i recieved a yummy piece of cake. Then again, what do I need cake for? That Nella gave me a bunch of cakes as payment for a job I did for her. Freelancing is such a thankless job.

That and I had to go and do come cartography work in Lith Harbor. I probably know the place better than my own hand by now.

Afterwards, I had to continue my assignment from Nella by going into sleepy wood. I love the place, but I forogt to restock on arrows after my practice in Ellinia, so I had to spend the whole time whacking the octopi into sumbission with my mallet. My arms are dead tired, and I dread tomorrow. Maybe tonights rest will do me some good. I wish I could say it’s been awhile since I slept under the stars, but that’s not the case. Then again, I guess “under the stars” isn’t correct, the canopy of Sleepywood forest is so thick, I wonder if rain even gets through.

ALRIGHT!

I finally, FINALLY, after much searching, lucked out and got a red present. Not a maple weapon, but it made me happy nonetheless. I’ll upload a screenshot of it on my next entry.

My video comic is going well, I’ll have an update when i get it done and uploaded on the nefarious youtube. I’d do it now, but I’m not at home and therefore cannot acess my screenshots.

SO loving my controller. And there was no need to hunt down Joy to key (best freaking freeware keyboard mapper for a joystick/gamepad). I’m still thrilled with how much it saves my freaking life. I’m jumping over enemies better than ever before

Yes, messenger of the gods: Admin NPCs. freaking cake. it restores well and all, but i wanted to get soething better. Oh well, next one, I’ll probably sell or give to someone.

OH, and I finally got the email asking the secret question for my male account. It’s all riding on if my memory is correct and I sent the right answer. I miss my male charries.
