I’m back after the longest hiatus (I didn’t plan on returning) ever. Anyway, I want to first say this. Even though I was never a big part of the MMOTales community, I enjoyed my time on it and EVERYBODY on it.

I just want to say that MMOTales holds a place in my head. A good place. It’s peaceful. It’s a place I can turn to just to make my day better. It’s not all hyped up such as Profil3 and BasilMarket. It’s a smalltown place and that’s what I like most about it.

Also, the people here are wonderful. I haven’t dealt with any arguments or flames on this ever and I’ve never really seen of any myself so that’s another thumbs up.

Anyway, I hope I start using this more and I hope all the “old” people that I’ve talked to back in the days of my activity are still here… Thank you all for giving me a great MMOTales experience. I hope I’ve done the same for all the people who still remember me.

Oh, and sorry about this blog having no relation to the game and all. I hope you all don’t mind.

  18. I think of mmotales like a small village seperated from life/games. Not too crowded and not to small. Just about right.

    Everyone is nice and peaceful. Flame wars last only a day. We treat each other as if we are a virtual family.

    @benZON: There were flame wars that lasted more than a day. >>; And there will always be intense debates going around. But eh. Most of us don’t bite.

  22. The most overused word in debates is ‘definition’.

    ‘Blah blah blah what IS the definition for [word] anyway? It’s [meaning], so you can’t mean your point is actually [word], can you?’

    *shudder*

  23. I was about to say something about debates IS all about definitions and trying to make people adopt your definition of things, then I realised it sounded like a potential debate starter itself.

    *backs away* This is a terrible thing indeed.

  24. I forgot to mention that, even though MMOTales is nice place, it’s always fun with the little debates and occasional spam. Yeah, time for school.
