Dear Asiasoft,

There is nothing wrong with being ambitious, in this case a new world that both retains/re-interest current customers, and a new attraction for new users. Imagine, MapleGlobal doesn’t have Aqua Road and MapleSEA has BOTH Aqua Road and Ludi.

But in resprospect, shouldn’t you first solve the laggy issue before taking on a new world? The current servers not only incapable of catering to the SEA region, including the small percentage from Hong Kong, Australia, Canada, US, it has other buggy issues such as dissapearing characters with no reason (my cousin had this happen to him TWICE! With him resulting in starting over once, and a successful duplicate by Asiasoft when it happened the second time, although he lost all his mesos and items.).

I plead you please. Its too late now to plead delaying the new world as its already out, but now to be reactive instead of taking the proactive course you should have, I’m pleading you to please upgrade, or acquire new servers or whatever needs done to solve the laggy issue.

This issue doesn’t happen to a few, but a lot of people! Do you think its wise to ignore it and risk losing customers? The extremes include unable to log in AT ALL, auto dcs frequently within a hour, game lags causing monsters to freeze/unable to pickup items/dying due to lag. Asiasoft, we can’t play! And we want to! Listen to us here. Do an official poll, I’m sure most agree with me.
