Toko ran through the fields of Ellinia, hoping to find Amy as easily as he had found her the first time. Dad has been gone for two weeks, so it seems as though NX is out of the question, but Toko wasn’t ready to give up; he just ran, and ran, and ran until he couldn’t run anymore. A while later he started to walk around, catching his breath but still looking around. “We can help you, Amy!” he cried out loud, and continued walking on the path to Henesys. Walking out of the forest, he came across a few enemies. Toko decided to dodge them, as he would be wasting time if he decided to kill them. Hours upon hours passed with no sign of Amy anywhere, but he was determined to find her. “Amy~. Please come back . . .”

A figure passed behind a tree quickly, clouded in black. Toko turned around and reacted with anger, not thinking of anything else. “What the hell do you want!?” he yelled, as the figure revealed himself as the same mage he had encountered the day before, putting Toko into a shock, staring at him like a deer staring into headlights. “Where’s your friend? I was hoping to kill you both so you wouldn’t be so lonely in the afterlife.” the mage said, taking out his Thorns staff and walking up to Toko, who was slowly moving backwards until he hit a wall. “Nowhere to run this time, buddy. Now you die.”

The mage charged some energy, and blasted an arrow of fire at him at point blank range, exploding against him and throwing him into the wall, with no energy left to do anything but listen. “Well, that’s that. I’ll let the monsters do away with you, and . . . don’t worry, I’ll let your little friend know about your departure so it isn’t such a shock if she see’s your body. It’s been fun, but now I have to go.” He teleported off, leaving Toko against the wall to die.

He started to think to himself.

I’m sorry, Amy. I wanted to help you. You could’ve been part of our family, like a sister or something. I’ve always wanted a sister my age. I would’ve been there for you, no matter how hard our problems were. We could work together and kill the evil that lives here. Amy . . . I love you. I don’t wanna die.

Then all grew quiet as Toko closed his eyes, lifeless.
