Maple story: Virus code: Elements!
Chapter 5:

Previously: Ivan, Leif, And Nick the bounty hunter, Had a terrible fight with
Two magicians, leaving a young woman’s, Family shop owner and brother, dead.
So the party was forced, by her, to take her to Orbis where her family abides to
Tell them of the bad news, but on the way there they met a strange “Hacker”
Known as “Pent” Who apparently knows of all the party’s doings.

After all the strange encounters of the day, Night struck,
And everyone in the party was silent from curiosity.
“There is an inn close by here.” The strange man said while dragging his feet.
“Guess we need to rest while we can?” asked Nick.
“I’m not so sure about him” Said Ivan.
Then Leif popped his head up and asked:
“A created hacker?”
“That’s what he said” Said Ivan slowly.
They all followed the strange figure into a thick spot into the woods.
“Hay!” yelled the young woman.
“My family’s house is near here!”
“That’s absolutely great!” said Nick.
The woman looked at him in curious anger, then stared at the “Pent.”
He pushed a thicket of thorn bushes in front of him away, reveling tons of light!
“Here we are” he said.
“AIE! My house is just two buildings behind this in!” The woman cried, as she
Darted towards there, leaving a huge trail of dust behind her and in the party’s
face’s.
“She’s also energetic!” cried Leif.
“I don’t know how, Or why, but she’s so familiar.” said Nick.
She reminds me of my brother’s girl friend, His name is Garret.
“Garret?” wondered Ivan.
They all heard a noise like a thud behind them, and Leif was no where to be found!
“Leif!?” cried Nick.
Pent ran up to them in Curiosity.
“Where is your strange little friend?!” He Cried.
“We heard a noise from there!” said Ivan as he pointed towards another bush.
“More enemies!?” Thought Pent.
“I will guide the girl, you two find your friend!” He cried.
“You heard him Ivan! Let’s find him quickly!”
They looked through the bush and Sal nothing.
“This is no good.” said Ivan.
Nick snapped his finger with an Idea.
“We need That Hacker! Pent!” He cried.
“But he’s with that girl and far away.”
Ivan heard another thud and quickly turned around.
Nick was not there.
“EH!?” Cried Ivan.
“PENT!” He cried while running down the long dirt trail.
Ivan arrived at the girl’s family’s house, with pent talking to her family.
“Pent! Both Leif and Nick are gone!”
Pent turned to Ivan slowly with an Evil face.
Next thing Ivan Sal was a knife up to his throat.
“Tell me.” Pent said.
“How was this young lady like?”
Ivan glanced at the woman to see her unconsus on the floor.
“What’s going on!?” Cried Ivan.
“It’s a matter of leverage.” Pent said.
“I think the Triple “6” Guild would like you and your little party.”
“T-the triple six guild!?” asked Ivan in Anger.
“The group of thieves that imprisoned my father!?”
“Such a long time ago.” Pent whispered drawing out a small touch screen pad.
“Sir Vicious will like your knowledge of what happened this morning!”
Ivan punched the figure with the knife towards him in the face,
Then ran and grabbed the girl, soon to jumping out of the window.
“Create your escape!” cried Pent.
“I have your every info, about your little party!”
He pulled up a little screen with Ivan and his friend’s info on it before he started
deviously laughing.

Ivan ran as fast and as far as he could chopping down every beast in his way as he ran for his life. Soon he quickly ran out of breath and hit the ground along with the girl.
The night was cold and harsh but they couldn’t do any thing about it.

The sun rose and morning struck as Ivan finally awakens, But in a patch full of flowers.
He ran his hand across them and Sal all the bugs and nature around him.
Slowly getting up, he Sal that the young girl was awake and confused.
“Everyone’s dead, right?” she asked.
Ivan glanced around and noticed it was entirely too peacefully.
“I doubt it, not Leif and Nick.” he replied.
Having trouble walking through the thick flowers, he searched the strange, yet beautiful area. Surrounded by crisp clean lakes, waterfalls and exotic trees, they both had no clue where they were now.
“This area doesn’t appear on the map.” He thought.
“What’s wrong?” She asked.
“I don’t think we flew to Orbis.” said Ivan.
“It was all a set up.”
The girl looked around and thought.
“But my house was here!” she cried.
“The monsters were too hard, Pent was after us, and Leif and Nick are gone.”
“W-what do you mean?!” she asked, though she knew the answer.
“Where not on Orbis, nor Maple Island. were stranded on a hacker’s island.
