Chapter 5- A Love Revealed

I jumped out of the portal holding my fairy wand and my esther sheild tightly. The air felt calm and cool as i made the holy cross of protection to guide me. After a few moments, Night came from behind me, holding his kumbi ready.

“Ready to do this Pop?” Night grinned as i climbed down the ladder with ease. i sensed a shadow approaching from behind me.

“I’ve been waiting for so long to try out my holy powers against these stupid chronos.” I couragously laughed.

Night backflipped down landing next to me as we heard the weird chronos gasping for air. I raised my eyebrow and stood ready to not fight, but heal. I let go of the world around me, as a green barrier covered me and showered the undead monsters, purifying them and slowly and painfully sending them back to where they belonged.

As the last of the chronos disappeared, i bowed and shined the cross on the broken gears that once turned to make the chronos wander the earth. Night sat down on a block parallel from me and took out a slice of pizza as i sat on the other block taking out a salad.

“You know…” He opened his mouth showing me the bits and pieces of the pizza. “This place is so peaceful, after you get rid of the annoying pests here.”

I smiled as i finished the last of my salad. Night licked his fingers as i took out a napkin wiping my mouth. He stared at me, seeing that i was so proper and so graceful, he didn’t see that i was looking at him and watching his every move.

oooohhh!!! Ppop!!! YOU LOOK SOOO CUTE WITH HIM!!! the tiny voice squealed as i twitched my eyebrow.
“Say that again… and i will personally hurt you…” I growled inside.

Suddenly we heard a screech from behind us, and what suddenly appeared was a Master Chronos. Night jumped behind me to block the magical blasts.

“Ppop!! Ugh!!!” He yelled in pain as the rain of blasts hit his chest. “GAH!!! GET OUT OF HERE!!”

“NOT WITH OUT YOU!!” I rose quickly and healed him, teleporting in front of him to use my magic claws to hit the massive creature.

“Ithought Masters don’t spawn here…” I mumbled quietly as I finished off the annoying creature.”You ok Night?”

“Yeah, if it wasn’t for you… then… well… I might have not been able to have survived.” He smiled and took out of his pocket a first aid kit. “Good thing i brought this in Omega.”

“Wait.” I took the kit from his hands as he sat down on the block. “I’ll put the bandaids on you.” I spoke quietly as i removed a small bandaid from the pack.

I placed the bandaid on the small cut on his chest, and then muttering a spell to fix the ripped dark shadow. Night paticently sat there, and sighed.

“There we go… all done.” I smiled happily as Night grinned.

“Hmm, we should be heading back to Malfoy’s place. Its almost 5 p.m.! And you know Malfoy’s bringing home fried chicken today!” Night jumped out of his seat and picked me up. “I’ll carry you there, so its faster!”

He hasted himself, while carrying me bridal style, he ran through the portal and up the mini tower.

As we arrived towards the house, Malfoygrl was outside about to open the door. Night halted to a walk and placed me down. He took my small hand and held it in his strong and gentle ones with pride, as we walked behind Mal.

“Where have you two been anyway?” She asked putting down the bag of food on the kitchen table.

Night and I laughed as Mal stared at as curiously. “Well??”

“Aw Mal, we were training at the chronos! And something happened today!” I bounced as Night ran around me.

“Yeah, a Master Chronos showed up, and Pop kick some booty!” We giggled like little children.

“Well, You two need to get a job! I’m over there at the eos tower cleaning up the floors!” Malfoygrl growled angrily. “If you are to stay at my place you need to start helping with the rent!”

I sat down at the table holding my drumstick and soda pop before placing the pop down on the table. Night and Malfoygrl sat down next to me holding their food.

“Starting tomorrow, Ppop you have to clean up floors 91 to 75. And Night you have to clean floors 74 to 40 got it?” Mal grumpily spoke as we groaned in unhappily.

“You two act like total children seriously…” She scoffed as she put her plate up.

As Mal ran back to her bedroom, Night and I spent most of the time cleaning up after her and then just talking about our lives before we met. He would talk about camping in the Perion mountains then travelling to the thick forests of Ellinia. As I would tell him a story about my memory that i remembered, or how i came to victoria island.

After the clock struck 8 p.m., i walked back to my room and dressed into my nightgown that Mal let me borrow.

“Ppop?” Night knocked at my door as i was brushing my hair.

“Hmm?”

“Ppop…. I um… I have a…. I have …”

“Night, what is it? You can tell me anything.”

“Ppop…” He sighed as he walked over to me, gently taking my hand,

” Will you go out with me?“

I gasped, shocked at his request. I looked in to his kind and loving eyes and smiled gently, caressing his soft cheeks as he blushed.

“I….” I flushed dark red, shy and scared.

POP!! COME ON!!! SAY YES!!!! PLEASe!!! YOU KNOW YOU LIKE HIM!!!

“Night… i’d be… happy to go out with you..”

He wrapped his arms around me, as if he never wanted to let go, as if he was holding on to me for life. I sensed my heart beating rapidly.

“Oh god Pop… you’ve made me the happiest guy in the whole world..” He whispered tenderly into my ear.

He tilted his head back facing me, and stared into my eyes deeply, before kissing me romanticly as the moon shown through the window and lit on us.
