I might consider this during the summer. I started COUNTLESS of stories, but were unable to finish them or continue them due to school. But in the summer (which is like in 3 more months) I’ll have ample amounts of time! Here’s a short preview. Let me know if it’s worth continuing =3
PREVIEW: It Can’t Get Any Worse
“Erica-chan!” cried the hysterical hermit. He rushed to her and immediately bowed at her feet.
“Waah?” said Erica, clearly puzzled.
“Come now, Erica-san,” declared a kicked back looking crusader. “Tell me you didn’t forget Rentishi and me.”
“Oh, I remember you just fine,” commented Erica. “I remember.. err… Rentishi too, but…”
“You don’t want to remember?” questioned the crusader.
“Yeah…” Erica weakly replied. “Well anyways, let’s to the altar shall we?”
“Fine,” said the crusader. “As soon as Rentishi stops with his love blabber.”
“Oh, the beauty and the elegance, Erica-chan!” exclaimed Rentishi. “Long I have waited for your sexiness to return to me!”
Erica nervously glanced back and forth at Rentishi and the waiting crusader. She shook her head and quickly changed tasks. Suddenly, she was in total concentration mode. She quickly adjusted her fanny pack to tight so she can move quickly. With a quick tap on her bag, the satisfying clinking of her customized Kandine made her relax.
“Shall we?” asked the crusader, now hefting a fairly large sword. “Rentishi, shut up and gear up.”
“Anything for Erica-chan~!” cried Rentishi.
“Jeez,” said the crusader. He turned to Erica. “Well it can’t get any worse than this.”
“F’sho!” declared Erica. She grabbed both Rentishi’s arm and the crusaders. “Let’s gooooo!”
—— Few hours later….
The crusader breathed shallowly.
“How could this have happened?” thought the crusader. “He totally blocked my Panic combo!”
Erica, too, had trouble breathing. She weakly gripped her Kandine and slowly gulped down.
“This… mist…” whispered Erica. “I think… it’s… getting to me…”
“I MUST PROTECT ERICA-CHAN!” cried Rentishi courageously. “I… WILL… PRO…” Rentishi suddenly collapsed into a heap.
“Crap!” swore the crusader. “Rentishi! Erica, quick assaulter him one more time while I help Rentishi!”
“Damn!” cursed Erica as she prepared for another assaulter.
The mysterious figure slowly appeared from the mist. He appeared to be clad in all black. He wielded a strange staff or some sort of stick that had three brightly glowing spheres levitating near the top.
“It seems that my mist is starting to take its toll,” laughed the figure evilly. “I wouldn’t move with such intensity again, hottie.”
“You can just SHUT UP!” yelled Erica as she suddenly accelerated toward the figure at tremendous speed.
“Too slow.”
In a flash, Erica, too, was sprawled on the ground, coughing out blood. The crusader quickly reacted.
“SON OF A -” yelled the crusader. He focused all his power into on strike.
In a flash of brilliant white, the crusader was in a choking grip by the mysterious figure.
“You’re… pretty… fast… for a damn mage,” coughed the crusader.
“Ah, you finally know what I am now pretty boy?” taunted the mage. “Well, kudos to you! Any good it’ll do to your girlfriend and the bugger over there.”
He looked at the two helpless thieves and his face flashed with evil. He mumbled some words and suddenly a strange reddish black circle engulfed the crusader.
“DAMMIT!” yelled the crusader. “Can’t move!” He struggled uselessly against the invisible bonds that held him.
The mage slowly approached the hermit first, giving him a good kick for measure.
“Aghh!” cried Rentishi in pain. “Erica….chan…. protect….”
“Oh-hoo?” laughed the mage. “Erica is the name? What a fine name.”
He crouched down to the heavy breathing female and lifted her head up to his. He slowly licked her face with lust in his eyes.
“Get… away…” murmured Erica weakly. “Freakin’…. pervert….”
“Oh,” whispered the mage. “You’ll thank me, once I get rid of your little warrior friend here.”
“Why?” gasped Erica. “We were just traveling…”
“I was bored that’s why,” stated the mage. “Haven’t had sex in years…”
“YOU $#% SON OF A…!” cried the crusader. “Don’t you DARE lay a finger on her!”
The crusader suddenly emanated a strange red aura. He broke free of the cursed magic circle with a single flex of his back. He brandished his huge Doombringer confidently.
“What will you do?” teased the mage. “Slash me until I go to hell?” He slowly reached for Erica’s shirt button.
“You read my mind,” the crusader whispered dangerously. He exploded in a flash of purple light and the mage was suddenly blinded.
“Argh!” yelled the mage. “What?!”
The mage slowly brought his hands up and suddenly a bow of flames appeared out of thin air! The dragon roar barely nicked him, but it did cause some damage. The mage angrily glanced at the shoulder wound that was quickly bleeding into a problem.
“Damn you,” murmured the mage.
“Same to you,” retorted the crusader. He tore into his many combos.
“SO WHAT IF YOU HAVE DRAGON KNIGHT SKILLS!” yelled the mage. He unleashed a deadly volley of flaming arrows of death.
The crusader went into a spinning 360 degree flip and unleashed a powerful Coma combo onto the mage’s left shoulder.
“ARGH!” screamed the mage. His left arm splurted blood and gore. “$@%# YOU!”
The mage suddenly formed a gigantic rock of flame and hurled at the crusader. At the same time Erica yelled. Erica closed her eyes tight. She couldn’t bear to watch her friend be burned to a crisp! She forced herself to open them and the crusader was still alive! His right arm seemed to be missing, but wielding his Doombringer in his left hand he barely held the rock of hellish flame off.
“RUN, ERICA!” commanded the crusader. “TAKE RENTISHI AND RUN!”
“I can’t do that!” yelled Erica. “What about you?!”
“I’M FINE!” yelled the crusader. He flinched. The rock inched closer to his face. Every muscle in his body screamed of exhaustion.
Erica quickly flash jumped to the crusader position and uselessly tried to push back the rock with him. It wouldn’t budge an inch. The mage, now on the floor, was laughing. He died laughing. The rock seemed ridiculous stilling having enough kinetic energy to keep the crusader pushing his body to the limit.
“I can’t leave without you!” cried Erica! “Just run with me!”
The crusader suddenly looked calm.
“Erica…” said the crusader calmly. “I’m sorry. Even if I let go for an instant it will burn up anything within at least a mile. Take Rentishi and go.”
“NO!” yelled Erica.
“YES!” yelled back the crusader. He suddenly conjured an mini-sized orb and it engulfed both Erica and Rentishi. “My last teleport rock. Goodbye Erica.”
“NO! yelled Erica again. “NO, NO, NO, NO, NO!”
“Don’t forget me Erica,” whispered the crusader. “Don’t you ever.”
“NOOOOOOO!”
“I love you.”
The teleport rock suddenly flashed a brilliant green light. It covered Erica and Rentishi. Erica struggled with futile strength.
“NO!” screamed Erica. “JOSHUA!!!”
“Don’t ever forget me.”
And in an explosion of white light, they were gone.

I wrote this very late, so please bear with the mistakes =P.
How ‘ya like it? Pretty good for a midnighter story, huh? xD
Good night all….
didn’t read the whole thing, but it’s good. You don’t have to make it japanese style, unless if you’re japanese.
