[u]Potatoseeker, son of fabled Mageseeker?![/u]

Hello, Chione the reporter reporting! People report spying a secretive boy called Potatoseeker lurking about in Payon Archer today!

Is this really the son of Mageseeker, a powerful High Wizard who rules all in Payon Archer? I managed to talk to Potatoseeker about his family.

“Um, I really don’t have a family. Except Seeker. He’s my [u]father[/u].” And immediately started rambling something about ponies. Apologies in advance if you wanted to hear a long rant about ponies and rainbows (is this really a boy?!).

Anyway, placing that little quote aside, I asked the little boy what his “father” thought of him, and he replied, “Yeah, I don’t think he really knows who my mother is. He also denies on every having a relationship with a woman. Does this mean I’m adopted?” Sure does!

I had a chance to catch the father’s attention, who was still quite in shock in finding out that he had a long-lost son. “Well, my reputation is going to die. I think.” He replies to my question on what he thought was going to happen.

When looking at that rare photo I was able to snag of the two together, you have to say that Potatoseeker is the spitting image of his father! But who is the mother? (“I already TOLD you, we don’t know who my mother is!&quot We’re not talking to you, Potatoseeker! Let’s go to the local DNA specialists!

DNA Specialist: “I’m quite sorry to say that Potatoseeker’s mother, if he has one, has no file record on the database. Such a thing is amazing! We’ve taken DNA samples of every person living in Rune-Midgard. Perhaps she is an immigrant?”

Chione: “Oh ho ho ho~! Does this mean that Mageseeker is attracted to pretty, immigrant ladies~~? (Pay attention, women, this may be your chance!)”

DNA Specialist: “No, that’s not what I’m saying.”

Chione: “Wait, how did you get all the residents of Rune-Midgard’s DNA samples?”

DNA Specialist: “Oh, we have a worker on standby who snipes DNA samples when people enter Rune-Midgard.”

Anyway, since asking the DNA specialists was a bomber, I decided to go ask a nearby alchemist if they were able to make children. You never want to leave out the fact that Potatoseeker was a homunculus! So, let’s go see how I did…

Didn’t go well, as you can see.

So, I wandered the lonely towns, trying to find SOME clue on who this mysterious woman might be, looking high and low, near and far, up and down, upside and downside, east-side and west-side Payon.

And yet I still didn’t have a clue. And well, I was getting hungry and tired.

So, as of now, Ms. Mystery Woman is safe until I can nab her information. Perhaps we’ll have an update later…
