So, I logged on last Friday.

With such courteous requests for my presence spammed at me, how could I refuse to go to the dreaded island of horrors? By the way, Vamp made the last comment. That word is totally overused in guild chat.

As I walked through the various snowy maps of El Nath, I realized that these turkeys… These turkeys were not the weakling low-level birds of last year. Oh no.

I smacked one with my bow, expecting the turkey to fall to the ground and emit its characteristic death cry. Instead of dying, it got angry and started putting on the hurt with 1337zor magix skillz. [1] It’s okay, it’s not like I was low-leveled either: my strafe did over 6000 damage to it.

The second screenshot shows the party we made, since in a party we could loot unneeded pie ingredients. That map basically belonged to the MonkeyMafia.

At the time, we had twelve guild members on, with about 58.3% participation, those lazy training bishes. Mark was on, but he said that we probably wouldn’t win and that we would most likely give up after a day or two. If we were still determined to win Nx cash in a week, he promised he would help us get pies. It’s not like he had anything better to do. All he does when he gets on is sit around and train his pet. =o

Well, actually, he was working on some maths while chatting, but that’s beside the point.

At the end of the day, we had gotten over 600 pies and were dang proud of it. It was then that some members of notoriously rich guilds came through the channels buying pies.

We soon gave up.

Afterwards, since I didn’t feel like going back to Ossyria, I fooled around with Mixed Golems and killed Mushmom a few times. [3] Mixed Golems were an interesting experience, because I had never seen them before. Mushmom yielded a 60% glove dex scroll and a 60% helmet defense scroll after dying about 10 times.

And then there were the Macis. [4]

Ah, yes, the Macis. Let me just say that COLD EYES SUCK! In my defense, I was lagging horribly; I had also decided that level one Inferno would somehow kill Cold Eyes faster than maxed Arrow bomb.

130% impact-skewed damage is better than 50% fire-based damage, Iepiat.

In El Nath, I killed turkeys until my inventory was full of green eggs, sailed back to Vic, and proceeded to denounce Cody as a bish. [5]

Today, Vamp made me buy some scrolled Scarab for him for 7 mil.
