Whenever I enter a map that I want to train on, I always use a summoning bag to kill ‘afk’ characters. This way, they get teleported to the nearest town. If I’m lucky, they’ll go all emo about losing 10% and shoot themselves.
I mean, I don’t want them demanding the map back when they return from stuffing their faces with food, right?
That totally ticks me off.
However, there are some instances in which the map already contains a person training gleefully away at the monsters inside. What do I do in these cases? Well, usually I hop down to check their level and equipment. If they turn out to be a lower level than me or I can tell they’re lagging badly, I attempt to invade their map and take their kills away from them. It’s a lot easier to chase someone out of their map than it is to press Esc-Enter-Right-Enter nineteen times.
Seriously.
Of course, this is something that they don’t seem to get; instead of bowing down to my mighty powers, they insist on staying in the map, usually saying some variant of “cc plz” in a pitiful attempt to make me leave.
Don’t they understand?
It’s really not that hard.
My experience matters more to me than theirs!
The one thing they need to realize is: I don’t care about them.
▪ I don’t care how long they’ve been training in that map.
▪ I don’t care if they can only play for four hours a week.
▪ I don’t care how close they are to leveling up.
▪ I.don’t.care.
Just today, I chased some idiot bandit out of a Forest of Dead Trees IV map (z4) he was “training” in. Guildless he was. After killing Coolies for approximately thirty minutes, I left to pour myself a drink. Scarcely a minute had passed between my leaving the monitor and returning, but in that time, the bandit had reappeared, bringing his little cleric friend with him.
Damn map stealers.
ithink ur a real jerk.
you’re so self-centered-.-
just because someone is lower level then you doesn’t mean to ks them. Also the world doesn’t revovle aroudn you.
and you deserved to have your z4 taken away,

Oh, and I personally don’t think it’s witty enough to be counted as satire. Wewt. Double post.

Well you might want to put those links in a more conspicuous place. Else people everywhere would think you are a real jerk =P.
And for me it depends. If they ask nicely I’ll seriously consider. (And probably make a move, being the nice guy I am). If they go CCPLZ or some other bs Ill juz ks their behinds. *waves icicles*
Good idea.
Lol. I thought the links were pics you didn’t bother to post with the blog. So I didn’t click them, figuring I knew what the point of the blog was.

Need cleric help?
xD
Too bad I’m a broke level 42.
No. You should have named your blog “I suck.” You’re a rude, ignorant, self-serving jerk. Moreso than I’ve ever seen in anyone else, EVER. I don’t know if your thought process really works that way or if you’re just looking for attention or what. Frankly, I don’t care. These are the kinds of people who I’d rather have banned than some level 20 fly hacker.
Just so everyone knows, he’s being sarcastic o_O
THe curse of people not reading the blog thoroughly strikes again. *grabs popcorn*
