Following the wave of steelies was a couple of shrieks and screams. I took out my fruit knife and threw it at the steely in front of me. I also took out my razor and threw it at the steely in front of Christina. Aaron (having played countless hours of mind-numbing video games gave him the ability to have the quickest reflexes) quickly took out his razor and whacked the steely away. Instead of the sound of metal on metal there was a soft pop sound emitting from the deflated steely as it swayed back and forth in the air.
“Inflatable steelies?” Aaron said dumbfounded.
“Not a very good lot this year seems only 4 students managed to react,” Mr. Bob said disappointingly.
“Why’d you do that, you nearly scared me to death!” Aaron exclaimed.
“Just wanted to see how fast you’d react,” Mr. Bob said coolly. “Either way the following students will start off the year with extra credit: Tristan, Aaron, Kyle and Sarah.” Sarah was one of those quiet students sitting in the corner, despite her size she was one of the best bowman (women?) in school.
“Since we’re running on a short schedule I’ll hand you your periods for the quarter,” Mr. Bob announced. As usually Aaron would be first.
“Aaron!” Mr. Bob boomed. Aaron ran up and grabbed his schedule and ran back down. He seemed disappointed with his list. I asked to look at his list but he said we should exchange one another’s first. When I got my list I was somewhat satisfied.

Aaron was just totally bad at math and history and to have it in early morning just really sucks.
“U-um…Thanks,” said a soft voice from behind me. It was Christina.
“For what?” I replied
“The steely.”
“It was inflatable, wouldn’t have hurt anyway, by the way, what did you get?” I asked. She seemed a bit reluctant but I took a peek anyway:

“U-uh yea,” she replied.
“Now that you have your schedules you may spend the rest of Homeroom on free time,” Mr. Bob boomed. I merely got up and leaned next to the window. Henesys looks so much more beautiful then the barren wastelands of Perion.
